Midwest Glass Tinters tinted my 4 office windows with a 3m bronze reflective tint. Did a pretty good job. no noticeable scratches of dust spots. Problem came when 2 of my 4 window seals broke causing the double pane windows to fog up (not because of Midwest Glass Tinters). So I asked to keep some of the original tint from what Midwest installed. Come to find out, when matched against the samples Midwest orginally mailed to me when i chose the final tint film, it was not the same 3M product that I CHOSE OR PAID FOR. When I called Midwest 2 seperate times all they did was give me the runaround. I really dont care if this was a bait and switch situation. the tint looked nice and really set off the front of my business. Its more of the fact of they dont know what they originally installed and were absolutely ZERO percent helpful in trying to find out what was originally installed so I can install new tint film on the 2 new windows. Really do regret giving them my business. THANK YOU GOOGLE.

They have been supposed to schedule me for weeks and have called. Messages are not returned. Their film fails, and they do not stand behind their product.

They gave us an estimate and disappeared. All phone calls and emails go unanswered .

Expensive and left some scratches and gaps in driver, pass and rear windows.
