Peter Svaras and his team put a new roof on our home. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. They were on time, cleaned up everyday, and they were very careful with our house and landscaping. They charged us a fair price, the proposal amount. Most importantly, we have an excellent and beautiful roof! If we ever need any repairs or a new roof, we will only call Peter Svaras. We are thinking of selling our home in the future, so we called a rigorous home inspector to search for any potential problems and anything that we should fix. The home inspector was extraordinarily impressed with the quality workmanship and material used on our roof. We are extremely happy with our roof and the entire process. I only have great things to say about Svaras Roofing. Pete came out gave me a fair quote. He had a team of about 8 doing my roof and each person knew exactly what to do. They were very professional and did a great job. They covered my air conditioner and deck and answered all my questions. When they were done they cleaned up and swept up all the nails. The roof looks great and even my husband was impressed with them and not much impresses him. I fully recommend Svaras as you deal directly with the owner not a large corporation.

At the beginning after receiving our quote we were given very helpful advice regarding our project before making our final decision on how to proceed. They explained how they would execute the project, when they would start and how long it would take to complete. Once the project started they continued to answer any questions we had and delivered their services as promised. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is dedicated to doing a good job.

Very straight forwad. Pete gave us a great quote and let us know it could be a little higher if repairs are needed. He showed us a variety of samples so we could pick the colorwe wanted. They did a great job and cleaned up thouroughly. When they were done the bill was just what he quoted. Highly recommend!
