A great judge I must say. Law to the T. Very respectful. He’s a great man. very appreciated.

What is done when attorneys and their client commit crimes in your court room such as perjury, falsify evidence, edit and falsify exhibits, harass, slander, Obstruct justice, commit fraud, make false accusations and lie to your face without a care??? Nothing??? What if this happened to your children and grandchildren?

What a profession. Are there any standards? Why are certain aspects of “law” only followed for one parent because of their gender?

Men have little rights in this court room when it comes to their children, fair opportunities and equal protection of the law. Men literally are treated like they are criminals for bringing a child into the world. Its sad. Criminals are treated better in a court of law because they actually have equal protection of the law. Unlike fathers going through child custody disputes.

His court room has issues especially when it comes to his bias and discrimination with regards to child and father rights. He Was once an attorney who likely profited from child custody cases. He likely did the same thing to children and families for profit and now oversees these cases? What a system. What a system we have for our children.

I feel decisions were made after hearing lie after lie and then nothing was done about the opposing counsel and clients behavior once catching whiff of foul play. Irreparable time lost with my son, severe financial damage, and extreme emotional damage was inflicted upon my family, son and I. Those involved walk away and kind of throw you out, swat you away, and move on to the next victims in a sense. Likely continuing this same behavior in a “court of law” with other clients and many past. Its unacceptable to me and I am sure many others.

My other problem is being told that the judge hearing the case has made his beliefs known to both counsel and clients that he is not a 50/50 judge. I feel a decision was made without due process granting the opposing counsels client more custodial time initially setting the unfair standard for the rest of the case. If the opposing counsels client is told our judge is not a 50:50 judge, that would basically give them no reason to settle the case since she was already granted more custodial time. That basically makes it pointless to have a trial and gives the child no chance to have a fair shot at being raised by both parents. Why have a courtroom and hear cases?

The opposing counsel and client basically created a four hour fictional story/play to read off as testimony. Presented falsified edited info and commited perjury without a care. Created unneccessary court time and made false accusations over and over. They were granted very unfair custodial time and child support based off of lies initially. They Continued lying throughout the whole time pretty much. Nothing is done about it. Why would the opposing counsels client care about expenses when she basically gets all her court fees paid by the excessive amount of child support she was getting? They can go on forever while I am basically robbed blind on both ends.

Who would think there would be justice from this judge in a community that feeds its children poison to drink and then supposedly has their best interest in mind. This family court is toxic to the county and the families in it. Making a difficult time way worse for families and children. Something needs to be done to fix the problem.

What a joke our court system is with the attorneys he allows to practice and stand in his court room.

Advice: Do not move to genesee county and expect fair treatment if you are a man with children. Do not expect basic law to be followed if going through custody case with your children. Do not expect to have basic human rights if have child and go through custody case in Genesee county. Best advice is to avoid lawyers and try to work it out with counselors/mediators if at all possible. Do not let these people use your child. There is very little law and these people just do whatever they want especially when it comes to fathers and their children.

Totally agree with the Battani review. Newblatt thank God is out of the family Court system .He's all about the Mother and gives zero rights to the Father, regardless of the evidence . This guy seriously should be thrown off the bench. He is that bad and that bias.
