Duncan Beagle actually listened in my divorce case years ago.
He actually split the kids my son with myself and my daughter with her mother.
Thats what everyone wanted except my ex.
My son and daughter never got along.
So i always appreciate him listening.
Very good man.

Judge Beagle is so kind. My husband is in the military and we only had a week to get married. We originally had a clerk scheduled to do our ceremony but he was unable to do so given some unfortunate circumstances. Judge Beagle heard about our situation and performed our ceremony on the date we had scheduled it for. Thank you so much! We wouldn't have been together as soon as we wanted if it wasn't for him!

He was our judge..for divorce and custody case..he was fair ..I always liked him

Don’t bother spending time collecting information, because the judge refuses to look at it. I gave the information to the judge on three occasions, and he refused to even crack the binding. When I was told something specific but a substitute Judge, and went back before the Judge; Judge said I will look back at the court transcripts. Like a threat… I said I want you to, because I was told by the judge who sat in for you something specific. Also, Judge never sent out the order from substitute Judge hearing our case, and stated it was a mistake. This would have proven my innocence against the allegations made again me. Convenient how you won’t look at my evidence and won’t take responsibility for your substitute judge and won’t say what you heard in the court transcript records. I am disappointed in the lack of fairness for both sides. I am not shocked that this judge received 2 stars, many said he needs to retire, because he doesn’t understand new technology and evidence in this day and age.

My advice to low-reviewers is to take the time to carefully evaluate your case and the reasons for your disgruntlement. Afterwards, if you still feel aggrieved, and if you feel that a neutral 3rd party would side with you, you can file a complaint with the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission. Bear in mind that judges are basically beyond reproach. They have to be, so that they can feel free to decide a case without fear of losing their job. If you've attempted to get him to reconsider his decision (Motion To Reconsider), due to some error, oversight, or misrepresentation of fact, then you can appeal your case to a higher court (Michigan Court of Appeals). However, higher courts are reluctant to reverse a lower court's decision. They'll gladly take your money, but the outcome likely won't change. I was told that the best decision that a judge can render is one where both parties are dissatisfied. If that is your case's result, then let it go. Otherwise, fight the good fight!

Judge Beagle is an advocate for child molesters and women abusers. You are seriously naive if you think you will be able to tell the truth and get justice in his courtroom. He dismisses orders from the children's ombudsmans office. He deliberately fails to follow protocol. He watches baseball during court on a mini portable television and uses headphones. A jury trial won't help you either. He gets offended by that and tells you before the trial starts that regardless of the jury's decision that his mind is already made up. He dismisses the truth because he is bitter about being rejected by women. He has been divorced several times and uses his bench to fulfill his personal vendettas against women. I implore you women of Flint Michigan, If you want to protect your children from abuse, beg and plead for any judge other than Beagle. He is a women abuser because he is a pathetic frustrated dirtbag. I bet a woman hasn't smiled at him in years. He also is very clever and when he knows that he is doing something he shouldn't, he asks who everyone in the courtroom is to ensure that he doesn't get caught abusing the system. My own Attorney told me that he did something illegal as I grieved because I was unable to protect my children. When I inquired with the Attorney about what could I do? He said, "No woman can protect their kids in Beagles court. He advocates for men.

This Judge is very corrupt. It was not my case but a friend of mine's case.
This Judge actually gave custody to a drug addict mother over a Dad who was clean, employed, loving and caring. Very horrible person.

Nothing to like. Gave favor in first round to wrong side. As usual,justice system works for the criminal. Should be ashamed of himself, maybe step down. This is why flint is dying, break the law? No problem we got your back. Same with burton. But this grandpa has plenty of fight left, we'll see.

Doesn’t care about children and parenting time. Doesn’t care about finances of parties involved. Doesn’t care what is best decision for all parties. Just wants your case to get off his list of burdens to deal with so he can move on to his next.

My wife and I agreed on 50/50 custody in arbitration. He still ignored it and gave her full custody. I didn't even get visitation for my 5 children.

If this man was honorable he wouldn’t have sent me to live with my dad who beat me.

The judge is very corrupt and should be investigated.
