Me and my friends camp every year in Maine and we have been to many campsites throughout the east coast. This is truly one of the best we’ve ever stayed at!! I can’t recommend enough. The bathrooms are super clean, there is hot water and the water pressure in the showers is better than at my house haha it is quiet, in a great location (not by the water just in case you’re looking for that) and the service is great. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. I loved it!!!

Super clean campground with excellent bathrooms and showers. This is one of the nicest campgrounds I have visited.
Maine mosquitoes can be vicious.

such a lovely well maintained campground! the bathrooms are always clean, the water pressure in the showers is amazing and i loved the trees throughout this quieter campsite (it’s not on the water but a short drive to the lighthouse or nearby beaches). and ofc great seafood around!!!

Absolutely wonderful campground. We were there for a week. Our site was spacious. The park was clean and beautiful. If you like small, quaint and quiet this is the place. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Close to a lot of scenic adventures.

My husband and I have been coming here for about 10 years as we like to take photos of the lighthouse. We have camped all over the country and this is one of our favorite campgrounds. The staff is friendly, the sites are wooded, the bathrooms and showers are the cleanest we’ve ever seen anywhere. Laundry room is on site and there is shopping nearby in Damriscotta, a nice little walking town.
You can get fresh lobsters at the nearby co-op or ice cream just up the block by the general store. Playground for the children and dogs are welcome. This small, private campground is a jewel not to be missed.

Short walk to the ocean. You have to pay $5 per person to enter the beach. That was crazy. Or you van wait till 6 and go for free.
There is a little café of sorts on the beach. That can be handy if you don't want to drive. If you bring a car there are lots of short day trips to lighthouses, forts, little towns, bigger towns and the ocean. Amazing beauty.
This park is in the forest. Very cool. Affordable. Big spots.

We stayed at this camping site for 3 nights in total and really enjoyed camping here. Cozy sites with plenty of space. One tent site is enough for 2 tents with 3 people. Waking up in pine woods feels amazing. Fireplace and picnic table come with each site. It can get too noisy at times if you’re close to campers with kids. The playground is great for kids, but expect to wake up at around 6-7 am if your site is close by. Otherwise, it’s a perfect campground and the price is reasonable.

Probably my favorite campground I stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Really nice laundry room though I didn’t use, it appeared they were new and clean - room also had counter and seat and bookshelf and outlet - great options for waiting for laundry. Small campground, but still with decent space between sites and some pretty cool unique sites. Nice outside game area. Office has deck outside and picnic table to do work if needed (they say wifi only at office but was able to get some at close campsite). Of course great location. Louder campers respected quiet times 100% which was nice and unexpected based on other campground experiences.

Very nice campground the people are friendly I didn't have an adapter I asked young lady up she gave me an adapter at the office and let me use it for the weekend. Very quiet nice and peaceful camping the bathrooms in the showers well cleaned and taking care of. If you're looking for internet there is not much only by the office they have Wi-Fi

We just love Pemaquid Point Campground. It’s our favorite place to go. We just spent 4th of July weekend and will go back again next year. Our kids, grandchildren and their friends tent camped next to us. There was a live band on site and fireworks just down the road. We also celebrated my husbands birthday with more friends and family. They accommodated our needs very well. Thank you.

We had a very nice 3 night stay at pemaquid point campground. Emily, the campground host was nice to deal with when setting up our reservations. As is typical for a private campground our site was a little close to other sites but it was ok. We aren’t traveling with kids but the playground was popular. Plenty of mowed green space for dog walking, kid play, etc. The showers were probably the best I’ve ever experienced in any campground anywhere, no coins needed. Brand new washing machines in the laundry room. Firewood was ok but if you have a chance to pickup high quality seasoned wood, I would do it.

This family owned campground is peaceful and quiet. Located a couple of miles north of the famous Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and Jon's Cove/Bay. We had site 47 and it was huge with all the hookups for our trailer. Every site has water, stone fire place and electric and a few have sewer as well. Small country store, large recreational facility, kids playground and exceptionally well maintained and clean. No pool, no wifi or cable tv. Our antenna brought in about 18 channels. Heavily treed and shady with large wide open sun drenched manicured fields. Driveway right on Maine Route 130 South of Bristol.

After traveling far and wide, I can say this is one of the most pleasant campgrounds I've ever visited! Clean, quiet, and more room per site than average. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful! It's so close to miles of rugged coastline, great restaurants, and fun hiking trails. we've checked out every campground in the area and this is without a doubt the only one we would choose to stay in in the mid coast area. So many others crowd in campers in order to make an extra buck. Not so at Pemaquid Point Campground! Excellent management and beautiful, shady, unique sites, which offer more privacy than your average campgrounds... I'd stay all summer if I could!!

Great family owned campground at a great location. This is our favorite place to stay when visiting New Harbor and Pemaquid Point. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, and great access to the lighthouse and amenities in town. Extremely reasonable rates for a family (kids included in price). Highly recommend!

We stayed here mid-june, and it was perfect. The campground is small and quiet, and has all the amenities you’d need. Firewood is fairly priced, the sites are flat, and it is nicely located near everything you’d want to visit in the area. Overall, a fantastic campground!

I stopped by off season on 9/20/15 on my motorcycle after a long day of riding the coast of Maine. I had called a week before and they noted I wouldn't need a reservation. There were several families there, but it was quiet and still. The sites are not too private. I could see in the season it could be loud. Miranda checked me in after inviting me to wander about and find a site I liked. She was friendly, helpful and professional. There is firewood for sale on site, affordable, but cut kinda like plates which made burning them a bit challenging, but still nice. My site was clean, some paper trash in the firepit, but nothing outside of it. The ground is hard, designed for campers. The bathrooms were very clean, though the showers were not well ventilated (I poked my head in, didn't take one). There is a potable water sink outside for washing dishes. The Reilly Market was close by, well stocked and the staff there keep it clean and organized. The Pemaquid Lighthouse is right up the road, easy to get to. All in all I loved my experience!

$38 / night; W/E30/I Wonderful wooded sites with great separation between sites. Main reason we chose this campground was easy access to see the Pemaquid Lighthouse 1 mile away but it turned out to be a gem even though it is a little out of the way. Internet access was only in the office area but it was very strong and had a nice place to sit and download my newspaper. Would definitely stay here again!!!

It is a beautiful, peaceful, quiet campground. Lots of trees, but still able to use my DISH. Owners are friendly and helpful. Amenities do not include swimming pool, which doesn't bother us, but down the road a bit there is the Bristol swimming dam. Lots of good restaurants and of course, Pemaquid Point, which is a marvel of nature. We will come back.
