Target

I really hate going to the Target store. Having to walk in way in the back to get to the things that I normally go to. This time I tried to pick up service, which I really have to say is fantastic. Pulled into the pickup spot. Told him we're there and within minutes they brought out the items that I bought. Will definitely use this from now on.

I love Target. Always been a great store good quality items, and sale prices 🤘👍I've walked out with items and have made money on buying them. (Coupons, rebates, and sales)

The app is great, the service is so fast!!! Filled within 2 hours - always faster. People are efficient and pleasant. Professional too.

Appeared to be quite busy from the line for self-checkout when we walked in, but by the time we were ready to checkout, a very short line. We were shopping for children's school clothes and there was an excellent assortment (for boys) at very reasonable prices. Recommend Target is your first stop for BTS clothing.

Always a clean store, friendly employees at checkout, and an overall great experience. Never had a bad encounter here, and in the past when we bought a christmas tree an employee helped us take down the floor model and get boxes from the back to be able to take into our car. Great attitudes and I enjoy shopping here.

Abby in Guest Services is the sweetest! She just worked with me for a half hour trying to reprint a receipt over the phone. Such a saint. Every time I come to this store it's a great experience. Thank you for making my day!!!

Ive been going to this location since I moved to East Lansing (about 2 years) and this place is alwaya organized and filled with friendly staff. One in particular, Joann, is always such a delight to interact with. She is always bubbly, kind, patient, and overall the type of person you would always want to interact with in customer service. As someone with previous retail experience, I know it can grind you down and be incredibly draining, but Joann has consistently provided top-notch customer service with a fun and positive attitude, and I hope she is recognized for that . 😊

I love Target & have never had a bad experience there! I absolutely LOVE their curbside pick-up option & my order is almost always ready in less than the 2 hours they say it'll take - that included during the holiday shopping times!

The store is extremely clean and organized! I want to turn the attention to one of the workers I met there although. Her name is Charlie and she and I struck up some light conversation as I waited for the self checkout. She immediately exuded such a wonderful and positive attitude! Her and I both talked more and I left the store with a smile although I was just buying a quick snack. People like her make me want to drive twenty minutes more to go to this Target!

very organized target, easy to find everything.

It was a mad house...MSU students and their parents were crawling all over the place! It felt like Black Friday or a morning after Christmas sale! However, it wasn't Target's first rodeo. They were staffed well, directing traffic and speeding customers through the checkout like a NASCAR put crew.

Sales associate who rang up my groceries, was very kind, polite, professional, and helpful. All the associates are helpful and professional there. And the store is always clean and we'll stocked. It's my favorite Target!

I wanted to reach out to say Ken in your electronics department is AMAZING! After visiting 3 other Targets in search of a specific TV which all 4 stores said they had( none of them did even this store), Ken made it right. He found us a TV better than we we anticipated and put us as a priority. This guy should be the model of customer service for Target. I’ll definitely come to Target of Okemos again so I can work with Ken again. He wouldn’t even take a tip after spending an hour helping us, including loading the TV up for us. Great Job Ken! You deserve a raise!

Absolutely love this target. I come here pretty often for pick up orders. It's always such a smooth process for pick up. Hardly ever a wait time.
