I have been calling once a week for the past three months. I keep getting the same answer I do not understand why it is taking so long to serve somebody with papers. I understand there’s a process that you have to go through but it’s been three months since my child has been born and I haven’t gotten anywhere with Kent County family law division. You would think after me telling them where my kids father works and exactly what time he works that they could get this situated. And you would think that the state of Michigan would want their money back. I cannot believe how much of a struggle it is to put somebody on child support.
