Boutique Emmanuel

I have been to this store a few times because it is right downtown, At first I felt I won't fit in there it might be very expensive. I want in and the people were so nice to me and very helpful. I didn't have the money for what I wanted, when I had the money and went back they didn't have them anymore but ordered me one! They held it for me and I have been back a couple more times and have always been treated very well. Tonight I saw a mistake on their page with the information on it. I messaged them and they wrote back and were again very kind and helpful. I am very impressed with the store and the people who work there. Sara very kind in messenger!

This is my favorite store of anywhere I have shopped. Every time I am in Grand Rapids I stop in and pick something up and I always receive the most compliments on clothes I buy here. Unique items at reasonable prices.

The sales staff was attentive without being pushy. I found several unique pieces to add to my wardrobe! I love everything I purchased.

I didn't have high expectations for the Boutique Emmanuelle, located in the Amway Grand Plaza, but I was wrong.

The ladies each found something delightful, at prices that were compelling, and that's saying something.

Better still was the variety of choices - scarves to bags to necklaces - and the impassioned discussion that they inspired. This was all unexpected fun.

Nothing interesting!

Received a bracelet as a gift and it broke after wearing it 5 times. The store does not take back jewelry nor will they repair it. They will only give you the name of a local jeweler, so you can have it repaired at your expense. Think twice before buying any jewelry from boutique emmanuel.
