Edge Fitness and Training is a welcoming gym with great classes, amazing trainers, lots of equipment, and a caring staff that make you feel like family!

Been going here for almost two years now and have enjoyed it through all of it's different phases, continuing to get better with time. Never too busy and easy to get a workout in.

I am so happy that I found Edge Fitness’s kids jujitsu program!! My 8&10 years old are obsessed. I cannot say enough good things about the instructors; they’re no nonsense and firm but extremely kind, welcoming and nurturing at the same time. It is exactly what we were looking for and hope to continue for years to come!

I absolutely love this gym! The people and the energy is the best around.

Absolutely phenomenal place and great people! The entire gym has turf, it is never over crowded unless they're having an event, and I always felt comfortable there. The staff is incredibly friendly and I loved it, if I could take this gym to where I moved to I would. Went here for a year and half usually around 5am or 6am and it was usually me and one other person. Owner is great too!

Excellent, great equipment and friendly and helpful staff and fellowship with all, not like the corporate gyms in town, this is an old school gym with modern equipment and friendly employees and atmosphere

I have trained with Adam Wittbrodt, he’s a wonderful personal trainer, very educated. He tells you what you are doing and why you’re doing it, and he has a super positive attitude !

John’s boot camp classes had me doing things I’d never think to do in my daily work out and he’s always there smiling!

Most of all, I attend the Dojo classes which I’ve fallen in love with! I take jiu jitsu and judo, and the team we have is awesome I have met so many amazing inspiring people!!! Tim, Dan, and Brandon are all great teachers :) this is the most realistic form of self defense you can take and I wish I saw more WOMEN in class ! There’s children in the judo class too and it’s wonderful for them !

Best place in Midland. Trainers are amazing and I'm so glad I have them pushing me. Check out their lunch crunch class. Members are all super nice. This place is amazing!

Best place to go for 'funcyional' training including 'ropes', tire flipping, inverted monkey bars, special grip bench pressing, sled pulling and pushing, etc. Owner is awesome and community suppotive. Trainers are great people too. Highly recommend.

The youth martial arts program is amazing. They are fantastic with the children.

Great place to workout for any fitness level. Group classes and a dojo in the back. I work out while my son takes Little Ninja classes.
