Scott made the whole car buying process so SEAMLESS and STRESS-FREE! We are super grateful for all of his help. A different vibe from any other car salesman I've ever interacted with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We recently moved from Texas to Wyoming and needed 2 four-wheel-drive vehicles, and Never did we feel like we were being swindled or taken advantage of. First, I want to say thank you to Scot, Becky, and CJ for being so kind, friendly, and for making my car buying experience so smooth and easy!
I hadn't bought a car in 12 years and was terrified to search for one.. I had been on the hunt for the past year and had zero luck... I was about to give up and settle with a small car, until I came across the 2019 Traverse (dream of mine) on the website and I just had to test drive it. Scot reached out, I got the green light from my dad, I scheduled the test drive and instantly fell in love, which I already knew I was going to.. Scot was very thorough and honest about everything we asked and was not pressuring us at all, which is rare.... Got the call 9:30 Monday morning from Scot saying I got approved and, boy, did I cry!!!
We've been on cloud nine ever since!! 🙂
Scot even went out of his way to order us a key fob cover to protect our already slightly damaged key fob, which was awesome and took us by surprise!
Becky was very nice and thorough about the ppwk part and made it fun for our 9yr old who was crazy bored, and CJ, the manager called to check in and thank us and was very friendly!
These guys have great customer service and know what they are doing! Definitely will make the 30min drive for future purchases and will recommend friends & family!! 🙂

What a great truck buying experience! I live in CA and saw a truck online I liked. Messaged back & forth many times asking questions/needing more information and got all the answers. Wanted some better pics so Steven Gallo went out and took multiple videos for me and answered more questions as he was my eyes onsite. I made an offer that was accepted and we came to a deal with no hassles. I was going to have the truck shipped to me but the window was too short to coordinate this. Becky(finance) was super helpful and overnighted all the paperwork. Thank You FedEx as their over night became 48hrs later. I decided to fly into SLC and Steven picked me up in the truck so I could test drive while we went back to the dealership. Since FedEx dropped the ball, Becky was on point and had all new paperwork so we could complete the purchase in minimal time. Steven walked me thru the truck details and immediately took care of a few of my concerns to complete satisfaction. Very nice facilities and comfortable space to have a coffee or soda and take the stress out of truck buying. Highly recommend!

The desk guy remembered me from the phone call, and was very courteous.
It was a very minor visit, just to have a couple things checked out while the car was still under warranty, but the mechanic still sent me a detailed video answering every question I had asked, and any additional question I might have. His video was really a great confidence builder for me.
Then the cashier was equally polite when I went to pick up the vehicle.
Overall a wonderful experience!

It's not the taking care of it that impressed me. It's his willingness to listen to understand.

We purchased a GMC Ultimate Denali. We were very pleased with Scot’s, Donohvan’s and Steven’s sales approach. They jumped in to help each other when we visited several times. They were great in answering our questions, but never tried to over sale.

Complimentary Lyft ride home and back when my truck was ready. Received a really great video walkthrough (via a text link) of the underside of my truck with a review of the condition of everything. I have been using Jerry Seiner for the majority of my repairs on my Sierra truck. I bought it from them. What I love the most is how accommodating they are in getting me in quickly for service. They do a great job, most of the time, and on those seldom occasions when things aren’t resolved during the first try, they quickly get me back in to make things right. This is what happened on my recent visit. There was challenge with it not being resolved after the initial visit but they got all over it quickly and took care of it. It is a misguided expectation to think that everything will be perfect all the time and it’s not fair to expect that it will be. These guys do a great job, but if they don’t, they quickly fix it. This is why they get 5 stars from me. Bryon and Blake, two great service coordinators do an awesome job. I will certainly be back there each and every time my truck with 140K miles need it. Thank you, Guys!

Purchased a new truck there last summer. That was a good experience given what you have to pay for a one ton pick up these days. The car sales people were outstanding and there was absolutely no attempt to up-sell me on stuff I didn't need or want. Friday I had a check engine light pop up. I contacted OnStar who told me what it was; a fairly minor issue. I contacted Jerry Seiner and actually spoke to a human. They got me in the next day and it was fixed in 3 hours. I was sent a video by the tech working on the truck telling me how he fixed the problem, then was called by the service advisor, when he said he would call. This is the most professional dealership I've dealt with. When my lease is up next year on my wife's car, I intend to purchase from Jerry Seiner again.
