Love my Rite Aid. Always has the item I need. Associates are friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are outstanding. They are very thorough when I need to ask a question concerning over the counter meds and my prescriptions All the employees are a great bunch.

My rite aid shopping experience was a great experience today. Great customer service, friendly sales associates. Made sure I was able to locate everything I needed. I switched my prescriptions to Rite Aid as I sat idling in a 30-minute line at the Walgreen's drive thru. A trip to the Rite Aid pharmacy is usually pretty quick. I rarely wait for more than 5 minutes. The pharmacy staff ALWAYS answers the phone.

The Ludington Rite Aid store has knowledgeable associates and excellent pharmacists. The pharmacists, Jeff and Scott, give you undivided attention if you have questions. They are very helpful. The associates know where to find products in the store quickly and are friendly. The store is clean and well organized.

Very personable pharmacy and pharmacist that take care of my prescriptions and have contacted my doctors for me to straighten meds out with insurance. They also provided me some in-store shopping service for a few things in the drive thru so I wouldn't have to get out of my vehicle. This is definitely my pharmacy of choice out of all the ones in Ludington. There are always some great deals including decorations for every season. I can usually find 50% off or higher on those types of items.

Best personal service in Ludington. I haven’t said so lately but, I really do continue to appreciate the great service at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Ludington! If I could remember every name. But I would forget some. Thank you for your help in all things!
