ive been banking at Peoples in O'Fallon for 24 years. They are the best. Always greet you with a smile and your name.Very helpful and grateful you are coming in or driving through. If you need help with anytrhing or questions answered they know their business very well. Ive done our church banking as well and the same greetings were always there. Ive retired as church secretary and miss seeing them as often as before.

Wonderful people. Fantastic customer service they are always willing to help even if it means going out of their way. I love the hometown small Bank atmosphere. I definitely recommend this Bank to anyone seriously looking for, not only a good reputable bank, but a group of very nice welcoming people.

I've been with people's bank for at least 24 years. I've never had any problems. The staff is friendly and they know their jobs well, from the top all the way down. Keep up the GREAT work people's.

Staff here are always very helpful. They take the time to answer my questions about the different accounts offered and patiently help my children when they come into the bank to make savings account deposits.

Entire bank is down for TWO DAYS can’t even use your debt card and they often have issues with there mobile app I will be closing my account ASAP don’t bank here

No after hours customer service you put your money in your account at the window with a real person and yet you can't use any of your money do not like this bank at all most workers are nice some are not will be closing my husband's two accounts due to issues that obviously the company is not trained to deal with would rather pay fees to be with a good bank
