7-Eleven

I love this 7-11 on Gratiot and Hall Road. The staff is so friendly and kind. The store is always clean, and the coolers are very organized.

Yesterday (3 Jun 22), stopped to gas up my motorcycle. Never got gas at this place before. Gas pump read $27.00 for Supreme ar $5.69 a gallon. No problem. Got home to see notification of credit card pending $125.00!! Can't dispute it because I didn't go in to get a receipt, since pump didn't print one. My fault for not getting receipt. Tried calling 7-11 to get yesterday's receipts. No answer. I guess I blessed someone with $98.00 worth of gas! Enjoy!

UPDATE: Owner of 7-11 emailed me about my issue. She explained that some companies place a "hold" amount on credit cards while the actual purchase amount is pending. Instant relief there. Then, she told me to call her cell phone when the pending charge is complete, and if it's for more than $27.00, she'd fix the issue. Yesterday, I received an account update that my credit card was charged only $27.00. So, 5-stars (instead of the 1-star i gave previously on 3 Jun) for the owner's immediate response and for taking a personal interest in wanting to help me fix the issue. Now, THAT'S customer service!

This is one of my favorite places to go to after school for a quick snack, getting gas, for my favorites beverages,etc. The cashiers are also always very helpful and polite. I’ve only had good experiences coming here.

Friendly staff, store typically has what I want, generally not crowded. My go to place for slurpees.

Rock and Roll. This is bar far the best 7-Eleven I have visited in this area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. The are in a very busy location and must work hard to keep it going. Awesome!

Tonight (9-3-22) A tiny white girl with really long hair is the nicest clerk and made up for all of the rotten experiences that I have had there.

Only place I fill up. I have had bad luck with three other stations fuel in the past. This is good. They are busy but work hard to keep the lines moving. Very good service inside.

Very nice staff memer the older lady at night always working hard cleaning are restocking every time I come in.

My favorite 711 to get my coffee, the employees are always friendly and i like the layout for the coffee area.
