I came into Jonathan’s Jewelry hoping to get the perfect gift for my husband (2 days before Christmas… I may procrastinate a bit....) Carrie and Mike both greeted me as if I were a long time friend. After I told them what I was looking for, they both jumped into action and got me something better than I could have imagined! While I was waiting for them to gift wrap my purchase, I had a couple of questions about some other jewelry that I own, they had Bryan, the owner, come and discuss it with me, he was wonderful and patiently answered my questions. Just as I thought we were finishing up, they told me that because it was Christmas, I could choose a gift from their gift basket…. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience ~ If you are looking for jewelry, please give Jonathan’s Jewelry Store a try, You will not be disappointed!!

My wedding ring broke and I really was afraid it could not be repaired. It had some very intricate carved gold work in the middle that had broken into 2 pieces. I discovered Jonathan‘s Jewelry practically in my backyard In Cottonwood Heights and never knew they were there before. I met with Josh who is a very charming and talented Goldsmith from England. He was able to very quickly make the delicate repairs and bring back the luster of my wedding ring as though it were brand new. He made one unnoticeable structural change that will prevent it from breaking in the future. My husband and I are both delighted with the result. And remember, the break was so bad, I assumed it could not be repaired and I would have to buy a new one. The cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. One might even say negligible compared to the cost of replacement. Josh is also sizing a couple of other rings for me and was happy to do some research on an old family ring from the late 1800s about which little is known. He has determined so so far from the hallmarks that it is from Scotland. He is doing further research so that I might be able to figure out who in the family owned it. It most likely came across the plains. I can highly recommend Brian the owner, Vic, Carrie, Josh, and Mike as exemplary local jewelers. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service.

My wife had some rings repaired and resized. The jewelers were very knowledgeable and professional. They shared great suggestions and ideas so much so that we had them design a beautiful pendant for our daughter in law with the birthstones of our grandchildren. Josh created the piece which was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Josh was remarkable and provided suggestions and ideas on how the piece could be made, suggested materials and designed a breathe taking piece.
We highly recommend Josh and the entire jewelry team at Jonathan’s.

This is a fantastic store! I was looking to have several of my grandmother’s pieces made into something new. I’ve worked with Josh on three pieces and they all turned out beautifully! This is such a great shop that I drive all the way from Utah County.

Absolutely amazing.
The store itself is beautiful and bright and so inviting.
I got engaged several days ago, but my ring was too big - like two sizes too big. We bought my ring on etsy, so I was a little apprehensive about taking it to an actual jewelry store. I was afraid of being judged or shamed.
That could not be farther from the truth! The staff was so lovely and kind. The gentleman who helped me out - I think his name was Mike, but possibly Mark, sorry! - was an angel. He made sure of what size I'd need and checked all the prongs and stone to make sure everything looked good.
He estimated a week, but called me to let me know it was ready the next day! The price was so reasonable too.

I will definitely be returning in the future!

In September this year, I went with my wife to Kay Jewelry to pick up her ring. They told us that the diamond chipped and they were afraid to set it back on that it might crack. My wife was very upset and was in tears. We decided to take her ring to Jonathan's Jewelry to see what options we might have. The lady at Jonathan's Jewelry name Carrie was very nice and tried to help us. After listening to us for a while, she took my wife's ring back to show their in-house jeweler. She came back in a few minutes (maybe 10 minutes) with my wife's ring on her finger. It was all fixed.!! My wife and I were so surprised and amazed. Josh, their young in-house jeweler put the diamond back on. He was good!! He did a great job. He also cleaned the ring very good for us. We were so grateful for his and Carrie's help.

What a gem this Jonathan's Jewelry! A friend mentioned it to me and I made the wise decision to visit this store for a repair. There is a lovely selection to choose from (rings, earrings, pendants..) and the customer service..... beautiful and gracious! Thank you for your help, Carrie.

Jonathan's was fantastic! They repaired my 1908 bracelet from my grandma on site, researched a request patiently, and fixed my grandaughter's necklace for free! Such kind people and lovely jewelry. Love Johnathan’s. Took very good care of us. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had them resize my husband’s wedding ring which we bought here 29 years ago. They made the ring look just as good as the day we bought it.

Tina & Bryan were friendly and did a great job of showing my wife nearly every piece of jewelry there. Even after buy several pieces of jewelry they where kind enough to set up a wish list for her, YAY. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.
