Maddie was phenomenal, she provided absolutely great service. She went above and beyond with making sure I understood everything, answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable. She was quick to greet any customers that came in, as well. Very happy with my experience!

Michael was FANTASTIC. He helped us with each step of upgrading our plan and phones. He looked for the best, economic plan for us, too. I HIGHLY recommend him and we will definitely go back for any other needs that might arise. He was very knowledgeable! Go see, Michael!

Chase went the extra mile while he helped me set up my new phone. No one likes having to go to the "Phone Store" spur-of-the-moment to be told you need a new device. He kept me up-to-date on the process and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I appreciate all the work they have done.

Maddie was very helpful to us while getting an upgrade. She was the only employee working the day after Christmas and handled it so well. She apologized for the wait but worked us in between other customers. She was so kind and willing to help not only us but all the other people in the store & she even stayed late to accommodate us. Recently had a great experience with Michael Fannon. We upgraded 2 phones on our business account. He came right to the office and the whole process was quick and easy. Came prepared with all needed accessories and got us a great trade-in promotion of our old phones. We will definitely be doing business with Michael again in the future.

My son’s phone was having an issue charging so off to Verizon in Caledonia we go. I decided to go as well as we had some other questions and I needed a new phone. We had the best person helping us. Madie was our girl on Saturday. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. We walked out with new phones and the home internet which we have set up and we like it a lot so far.

Our recent experience and phone upgrade at Verizon was great! Chase was wonderful, down to earth, no pressure, helpful, and so kind. He set up our phones, made our costs and bill clear, and was even so patient with our toddler. Highly recommend him for any needs!

This location is fantastic! There is rarely a wait, and if there is it’s not long. The customer service is excellent! We started going here every time we can, after numerous negative experiences at one of the corporate stores. They answer all our questions, give clear honest answers, and take their time to make sure things are done right. They are very nice and personable. We worked with Chase most recently, and have worked with the other employees previously as well. All great experiences!

We have business and personal accounts through Verizon and the staff at Caledonia continues to give us great customer service. Worked with Ryan today to add an Apple Watch to the business account. He hand delivered it fully charged, and setup was a breeze. Thanks Ryan!

I was asking around about help with my business’s Verizon OneTalk app and someone suggested Ryan. He reached out to me right away and we set up a time to meet at the store. Me and my office staff met him there and he was very helpful, answered all our questions and directed me to the appropriate Verizon customer service line for issues he did not have the access to help us with. He was very polite and gave us his card in case we had any further questions. I recommend Ryan to friends and family who need phone, internet, and such needs for personal as well as business.

My phone stopped working and said No Sim Detected and I was so frustrated because I know I have a SIM card in it. I restarted my phone, turned it on and off Airplane Mode, and etc. with no results. Google said the Verizon store a few minutes away from me was still open but they had actually just closed. An employee, Madie, was just leaving the store and asked if I needed help. They reopened the store for me and fixed my phone within 20 minutes. I am SO beyond grateful to them. I would have been out of a phone for new years without their help. Thank you thank you thank you!!! Your customer service was incredible and you were so patient with me.

This store is awesome! I was looking for an iPhone 15 and they took down my information and let me know when they got one in so I could come buy it. Madalen did a great job of getting everything configured and set up, was transparent about costs, and did a great job of answering my questions. Definitely recommend this store if you're looking to pick up a new phone.
