They have always had good prices and friendly staff that have worked there. The beautiful counter lady there is very nice. I've visited this store many times and never disappointed

There's something to be said for keeping local money local. I try to support local shops when and where I can. I have always loved Tobacco Alley. They have a great selection, open lots of hours, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell! What more can you ask for??? ❤❤❤

I never rate amy business, if I have a bad experience I just stop shopping there. But this shop is amazingggg!! They have everything I was looking for, the owner was so knowledgeable about the products, he made sure everything was working for me. He takes the time to learn about the products he sells. Plus he's super friendly and even has his personal number on the wall if anyone is tufe to you. Perfect experience and now my go-to place.

Wide variety of products and services. The Owner believes he knows his vape/Cbd products, but doesn't. Research on what you want then purchase. You're liable to be lead to think you have the correct items in order to use. Only to find the items bought aren't compatible and item/s got fried trying to use..., I was told that I took it out of the store. Not their responsibility to replace anything nor offer repairs.. Didn't research and learn I had basically mismatched pieces based on his knowledge. Wrong wattage, yadda yadda. Incorrect coils. Out over hundo. Trust me, do the research.

The lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. She geeked out with me for a minute and helped me find a good new fluid

Family wanted to purchase some clove cigarettes so we ended up here and he caught her up on all the changes to the product plus a whole lot of info she was interested in. He's extremely knowledgeable and was willing to take the time.
