Kevin was welcoming and courteous from the start. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some. It was refreshing to have a salesperson who really seems to care about his customers. I left with the mattress I wanted and would definitely come back to do business again.

Kevin was so knowledgeable. He did not push the sale nor try to steer me to the most expensive mattresses. Took time for me to physically try them and did explanation of the differences in name, quality, price differences, guarantees, and comfort of each. Made the purchase painless. Will recommend Kevin and Mattress Firm to friends and family.

Thor and Kevin were incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions when I went in. I felt comfortable and not pressured at all to make a decision! Long story short, I didn't end up purchasing a mattress here, but I still recommend this business because the customer service is great and respectful!

Tyler, and Kevin were amazing. I'm the type that needs space to try out all the mattresses because the perfect fit is important. Tyler showed me many of his favorite models (Plush) my kinda bed also. Kevin sealed the deal with his knowledge. I was seriously blown away that he was watching the way I positioned myself lying down and then offered information on best models to fit my needs.

Our visit to Mattress Firm in Hampton Village couldn't have gone any better. Thor, our sales associate was helpful and informative, without being the push salesman you dread when walking into most mattress stores.

We were shown a variety of mattresses in a variety of price ranges. We were more concerned with comfort than price and eventually settled on a lesser priced mattress felt almost identical to our current mattress, which we love, that's just at the end of its lifecycle.

Thor, to his credit, didn't try to upsell us or talk us out of our decision. Instead, he made the purchase easy and efficient. Our new mattress will arrive in a couple of days and the entire experience, which we had dreaded, turned out to be a real positive.

Me and Husband visit this store 5/26/20223 it was our first time and when we went in a Mattress expert name Thor was very helpful and the other guy but I forgot his name. They were very helpful for us in choosing the bed, price and we ended up saving a lot of money, especially for the Memorial holiday weekend they had deals. Would definitely be coming back and recommend them to family and friends.

Thor was amazing! This was my first time in the Hampton Village location, and it the last day of a holiday sale. Thor helped answer questions about different mattresses, foundations, and availability. He offered suggestions and comparable mattresses when the ones I saw online were not available at the store. He was super helpful and I was able to get the 2 mattresses I needed before the sale ended. Very satisfied customer here!
