Grand Haven Lighthouse Connector Park

This is a fantastic state park! The beach is extremely large with ample parking. It has public restrooms and food trucks. There were many volleyball courts for anyone to use. The pier out to the lighthouse was one of our delights. We walked out to the end and watched the boats coming in and out of the marina. We spent a couple of hours there in the wonderful sun and enjoying the water views! This is a must see destination in Grand Haven!

Perfect for a nice stroll before or after the lighthouse. Very well maintained grounds. Perfect for watching boats come in and go out of the lake. Very comfortable benches which seem new, but have a very vintage vibe. Not very crowded and all the guests were very courteous. It seems to be dog friendly.

Visited the lighthouse connector park on July 2021. There was a huge crowd waiting for sunset and wow, the sunset was so scenic to watch the natural beauty just drifting down the lake slowly at 9pm. We took great pictures. Definitely recommend anyone who is is the area to visit this place for sunset.

Was a hit day but beautiful the Hawaiian ice shop was amazing and their smalls are huge!!! The banana was really good. They keep the area so clean and nice. Was a beautiful trip there for a few hours we spent there.

I love walking to the lighthouse. All area is very clean and neat.

Grand Haven is always beautiful, such a stand up place to be, as the fall comes in, we know summer has gone but this place still has such a beauty to it. Kept very clean, grounds are always well kept, patrolled often by local law enforcement which I like because drinkers can sometimes get to be much and they help keep the order.

Grandhaven's Lakeshore walkway and boardwalk to the lighthouses are designed very well! The area has nice parks, vendors, public restrooms and special historic/memorial tributes. Grandhaven was a neat area to visit!

This lighthouse is beautiful. It is a nice stroll from the parking lot. Wear your hat and gloves as the wind is strong and chilly. It was a little difficult to find using a GPS so be sure you get the correct address or park.

We visited because of the Coast Guard Festival. It’s a beautiful place in Grand Haven. It’s clean and easy to park at the other side of the street. Good memories. We are from the Netherlands and wasn’t our last time to visit....

We truly enjoy a walk, or bike ride from the historic trains, through Chinook Pier Park, along the Lighthouse Connector, where we can listen to the water and head to Grand Haven South Pierhead!!

Omg, my first time coming here with my bestie of 21 years. This trip was absolutely breathtaking and amazing. So peaceful and just ultimately a great place to visit when you are so stressed out from everyday life and just need that peace of mind. Loved this place.

I usually go to walk the pier in winter, this year (2022) the walkway to the pier wasn't cleared of snow. Only way is to walk across the beach & snow. Very few people going out on the pier on the day I went. But it was extremely cold & windy.

Beautiful city lots of activities definitely would come back

Place of breathtaking beauty. Good place for a morning walk (or anytime walk). Look hard between the colors and the contrast of shadows and light-God is there! Breathe deep. His beauty and art...everywhere!

Great place to fish when the boat traffic is low. Perfect view of the fireworks and the parade of ships during the Coast Guard festival.
