I have used worden insurance for over 20 years. but I don't know what has happened in the last few years. Their customer service is zero !! I highly recommend that you go somewhere else for your insurance needs!!

They were nice but holy moly, the amount of hoops I need to jump through to do the simplest things is wild.

On my own I found a better policy and I’m paying less and paying per month now. They also told me because I was only PLPD I couldn’t pay per month, funny because every other agency I researched said I could. 🤷🏼‍♀

spent a few years with this company worst experience in customer service ever. when i canceled our acct with them it tooks two weeks to get my paper work that i was told was going to be mailed out the next business day. when i called and asked if they sent it because i hadn't received it he said we left early tues, and weds for the holiday so we didn't even get it put together. then when it finally does come under remarks he says we failed to stop in to sign documents on a new policy of "significant savings" i was able to find a policy of my own for $178 per month for two vehicles with full coverage. They found me policies that were way more expensive that what we pay now. I suggest if you work with them go look into getting your own policies because this company will not work with you or for you.

Lacks in many areas: timely customer support, honesty, respect and professionalism. Worden does what's best for him not what's best for the insured.

Terrible company to deal with.
