I am completely satisfied with the care I have received from everyone at this clinic. The office personal are kind caring and efficient. Dr James is caring and shows real concern and a depth of medical knowledge. He takes time to explain and never rushes the visit. Those who assist him are equally caring and kind. Gina the nurse practitioner has been so wonderful when Ive seen her .
I'm sure I've found the best family care clinic around .

My family has been going to Dr Somerville for over 20 yrs...4 generations. He is amazing and will always get to the cause of something and not just throw medicine at it! The wait time is next to none. They stick to their schedule. They dont just keep accepting new patients because they are busy with current ones!

Dr Somerville and staff are awesome! My family have been patients for 15 years and have always been treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Somerville is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. The people who leave negative comments should realize that we are in a pandemic and health care workers are overworked.

Yesterday was my first visit to this office, I saw Dr. Somerville. Generally, I don't take the time to write reviews, but I feel that he deserves the recognition. This is the first time that I have gone into a doctors office and felt like I was listened to. I could tell he was paying attention to the things I had said and could also tell that I was in the care of someone who knew their job. I was a bit nervous going to a new doctor, and he even happened to notice that. I am thankful to have found a good doctor.

Dr. Somerville and the staff at Wadhams family healthcare are top notch, first rate, caring professionals. My family have been patients for over 20 years and through thick and thin services, care and professionalism have been outstanding. We love those guys!

Dr.James and the staff have been very kind and patient. Both of my sibilings went to Dr.James and loved him as well. He truly took into consideration my concerns and asked a lot of questions to assure he had the right solution and understanding of what I was there for.

I've been seeing Dr. Gary James for almost 4 years now. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to being a doctor. I could tell that he sincerely cared about whatever issue I was seeing him over and has even contacted me days after an appointment just to tell me that he had researched my current problem some more and that he had some new ideas. I feel like a family member is my Dr. 👍

Called on May 23rd to become a new patient. Spoke with a woman who took my information name, insurance, address, etc and was advised I will be accepted as a new patient. Called today, July 26th to make an appointment and spoke with a woman named Tammy who said no I was not accepted as a new patient and that it will be 3 months from today before I hear back if I can be accepted. Very rude. Did not want to look to see if I was in the system. Said she knew that my information was just sitting on the doctor's desk in the back.

Would not take as new patient. Very rude office staff. Staff on phone wanted to know what medication I was on. Heart, thyroid and headache to name the major ones. There is three narcotics as they Classification as of now. They were fine with the Gabapentin, and Fioricet. As soon as I said Percocet it changed to no we can not take you at all. Funny thing is that I only take the Fioricet and Percocet when I need them. They last at least 2 months for #30. The one I take everyday is the worst one and very addictive Gabapentin. Very stupid in the office for not asking what medication is for and they lost a type of insurance that doesn't fight them on payment. So will look for another doctor here. Heart doctor recommended one and guess what they do not have a problem.

My family and I have been been seeing Dr. Summerville and we adore him he is the best, now the front office has been horrible, they do not care about anything they blow it off like your health is not top priority, they will blame their mistakes on other offices instead of saying I’m sorry that’s on our end we will fix that we apologize, nope they keep saying we submitted that form hours ago when the other office has nothing . I my self sat last week for an hour and they said they forgot about me bc they misplaced my chart . This front office needs to get it together, they sent me to the hospital but I had no clue for what was thinking my ovaries because thats where my pain was . Come to find out it was an ultrasound for my gallbladder & liver no communication what so ever. Very sad that it’s likes this.

it's a shame the providers here seem really friendly and competent but I can't say the same for their front desk staff. receptionist was extremely rude and after making me drive back home to get a physical copy of my insurance card because a photo wasn't good enough, 5 months later I magically get a collections bill for services performed at this office that they didn't bill through my insurance.

If you disagree with Dr. James about his plan of care for your own child, prepare for him to tell you that he can no longer see him/her. We just moved into the area and were so sad about leaving our previous primary care physician. We decided to try Wadhams Family Care. I am totally disappointed with my entire experience with Wadhams Family Care as well as with Dr. James. He was arrogant, all-knowing, and a complete jerk. I only met Dr. James for 2 minutes before he told me he cannot care for my 1 year old daughter and I needed to find someone else. I have literally never had an experience like this with any other doctor and I was baffled by his quick dismissal of myself and my daughter. It was a complete waste of time.
