In 2019 I bought a house built in 1950. Like older homes, it had lots of plumbing needs. I started buying fixtures and faucets. Finally in 2021 I had all the faucets etc. that I needed. I called West Michigan Plumbing.. Ed is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had six separate plumbing projects for him to tackle. I was very impressed with how competent he was, whether it was installing a new toilet, a faucet, sink, or hot water heater. I definitely recommend him for your plumbing jobs.

Ed called me back the same day after we left a message on what our plumbing needs were. He came that same day for a walk through and we scheduled. He called the day before our scheduled date to review our needs and ensure we were set. He showed up on time and completed the work quickly and within his estimated time. He found another issue and we discussed the solution and scheduled a date to resolve. He was good with our dog and made the experience a good one. We now consider him our go to plumber.

I called today to explain my situation to Ed and see when he might be available to help me. He showed up 3 hours later and saved the day with a quick and skilled fix. He was so professional, pleasant, and easy to work with that I plan on referring him to all of my HVAC customers who call me asking for plumber referrals. Thanks again, Ed!

all around great plumber, to help fix anything that is an issue with your houses plumbing system. Definitely going to recommend, to friends and family in the future! Had a super leaky bathtub faucet and he knew exactly what the problem was. Price is fair and honest.
