I have worked with Kris DeKoster and Ottawa Insurance agency for just over 5 years. When I first reached out to her she was one of 3 independent agencies that I contacted. Within 30 minutes (at the most) Kris called me and started our business relationship. Within 24 hours I signed on with Ottawa to take care of my auto and homeowners insurance. A day or so later I did here from the other agencies. By then it was to late.
