I am so happy with their work! My boyfriend (now fiancé) proposed to me with my great grandmother's ring. It didn't quite fit and we knew it would need a little work done on it, but because it was an heirloom piece I was nervous about who to take it to. They added material to the bottom, resized it perfectly, did some work on the prongs and cleaned it up for me. 🥰 They took good care of my ring and now it looks better than ever! ✨

I damaged a very personal piece of jewelry. I came in and they quickly discovered my needs, addressed them, made future recommendation and kept the encounter professional and smooth. J Morgan Ltd. Provides Stunning good quality jewelry and excellent customer service. I purchased several times from them most recently on a day many stores closed due to the storm on Dec 24. They were open during the Blizzard and the owner took a great deal of his time assisting in finding the perfect Christmas Gift .

My husband wanted to purchase me 3 CT tw diamond earrings. They used their resources to find the 1.5 ctw per earring in the level of cut, clarity, color, etc. They were able to get in, set it in gold 3 prong settings, and have it ready for Christmas! They are beautiful.

J Morgan Limited sized my engagement ring which was a little tricky due to setting. They did a perfect job and even put a rush on it so I could have in time for a travel need. We also purchased a watch and exchanged it and they made it really easy for us. They have. Great customer service and beautiful jewelry. I highly recommend them!

The team at J Morgan is fantastic. They did a great job repairing a diamond setting on an heirloom family ring, they always take the time to show my son each and every coin he's interested in (he's a new collector), and they even gave my little girl a generous discount on a pendant that she purchased with her allowance because they knew she was working within a tight budget. Oh, and they are always happy to clean my wedding set for me when I visit. I will be going back to them for all my fine jewelry needs.

After losing my wedding ring, I went to J.Morgan Ltd. in order to replace it. Born and raised in Grand Haven, this is the only jewelry store that I go to because of their level of professionalism and honesty. After searching around for an engagement ring for a few months I ended up stopping into J Morgan and found the one that I liked. They were not pushy and very attentive to what I was looking for. Great people and really focus on finding you a piece that stands out to you. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the ring once it was finished.

12 years ago I got my engagement and wedding rings there and they were very helpful, have a great selection, and great quality. I've shopped there over the years for various jewelry items. This Christmas I asked for a cross necklace and they were able to order it and get it in before Christmas so I can wear during the holidays. Great customer service.

John and his staff are outstanding. They are very customer friendly and take care of all jewelry needs. If you want a custom crafted piece of jewelry, John is a master. I’ve been doing business with him for 20-years and continue to be incredibly pleased with the craftsmanship of each piece!

I proposed to my fiance a few days ago while on vacation but the engagement ring unfortunately did not fit (even though I gave the original jeweler a ring of hers to use as reference for sizing)! We stopped in here in the middle of our vacation figuring it would not be possible to have it resized very quickly since we were only in Grand Haven for a few hours. They were very nice considering the unreasonable request and a few hours later we came back and the ring fit her perfectly and she was able to wear it the rest of our vacation! What a wonderful shop! I stopped in on a whim to get a watch band adjusted. They took care of it immediately, and I found a fun summer gift for my wife while I waited. Also had a neat Grand Haven merchant coin history discussion as well! Kudos to John & team!

Great help today with re-designing my wife's wedding ring. Dee and the team did a super job and gave me a great deal. A fun group to work with and that is best when spending lots of money....have some fun doing it...

After dealing with terrible customer service at Jared, losing my diamond and having prongs bend multiple times in just 6 months I took my ring to J Morgan. They custom designed a head for my pear shaped diamond so that it would be protected and I would have a piece of mind. It turned out better than I could’ve imagined and seeing how excited and proud of his work John was made me feel so valued as a customer. Wish we would’ve came here from the beginning. Now I have a one of a kind ring that is beautiful and practical for everyday wear!!

If I could, I would give 100 stars. This place does INCREDIBLE work. My fiancé had my engagement ring designed here, and it is absolutely stunning! It was exactly what he asked for, and done right on time. Grant is extremely helpful, kind, and a great communicator along with the other staff members.
