Midwest Miniatures Museum

This museum was surprisingly entertaining. The miniatures on display were fantastic. Stop by and check it out sometime!

Great little museum. We really enjoyed speaking with the very informative and passionate person who walked us through the displays. Take note of the silversmith works and knitted sweaters as an example of the expert craftsmanship people put into these tiny pieces. The houses and rooms are all very impressive and it's fun to find more and more details the more you look.

The Miniature Museum is in it's earlier stage of development since regulations about requiring elevator access has limited the displays so far to only the first floor but it is already a wealth of top quality miniatures with name artisans on display. So much to see. PLUS, the architecture of the building itself is a delight. There is a play room for children as well. On sight parking. Cannot wait until they complete the elevator project because they already have a large collection to add to the upper floors and I really want to see them. The miniatures currently on display also tell a story of history as they reflect many eras and styles.

Miniature museum that’s is big time fun!

Highly recommend a stop over here. It’s very charming and cute. I would say 30-60 min is a great amount of time to spend.

This museum was small (no pun intended 🤣) but fabulous! My wife and I visited and we enjoyed the scavenger hunt they offered us. The staff was helpful and courteous and the miniatures were simply amazing!

This was a fantastic visit. One of the founders personally led us through the museum and gave insight on almost every exhibit. It was a most enjoyable experience!

This place is amazing! Never thought it would be worth seeing ... I. Was. Wrong!
I think my favorite is the Van Gogh "Yellow House" ... the the Girault Gallery with the "miniature cut Crystal" ... the Irish Cottage and all the miniatures of American Indian pottery and Kachinas ... actually sorry we have to leave for another appointment

Very cool place the architecture is amazing and the miniatures are very interesting. We service the building and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Worth a visit

Love visiting the free Miniatures Museum! There are so many displays and they seem to keep getting more. The attention to detail is incredible and fascinating. What a gem! Can't wait to bring my sister next time she's in town, she is a labor and delivery nurse, so I took pics of a display I thought would interest her.

Really cool location if you like miniatures. Lots to look at. I especially enjoyed the Van Gogh exhibit

Fantastic staff, great displays, as well as a gift shop with very affordably priced miniatures!! Definitely would reccommend.

My wife and I visited this museum on a whim, and we're so glad we did! It's a small place (no pun intended), but the collection of miniatures is phenomenal and the staff are friendly. It has something for everyone, even if you're not into making scale models. I honestly can't recommend this museum highly enough.
