Solid Chinese sit down with all the classics. Extremely busy so the food is always fresh and hot. Owners ran out of green beans so they asked to add additional veggies. Highly recommend

We ordered the shrimp with mixed vegetables, crab rangoon, egg roll and spicy orange beef. The food and the service is always excellent! The only thing I would change would be the temperature of the dining room. It was chilly. We will continue to come back!

Consistently great. Their crab Rangoon is one of the best in metro Detroit. Order from the Chef’s Specialties section. The dishes in that section are unique. Ginger and onion beef on a sizzling platter is especially good. Excellent service, too.

Everything from here is good. A lot of food!! I order shrimp is lover sauce and shrimped mix veggie combo. Other things that are grand here are ABC chicken, sweet and sour shrimp,
Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, sesame chicken and the garlic butter fried rice!

2023 Update: Still the G.O.A.T.

LC's is the real deal. They make thai the way God intended w/ hot oil & blended with spices! Not the cheating way with just crushed pepper. I like hot stuff so when LC's hits you lips you get the satisfaction of just the right amount of heat that does in no way take away the flavor of the overall dish. Tricky combination to pull off.

We ordered 4 of the 5 thai items as well as chk fried rice, & Hot and Sour soup and they are all awesome. Also the portion size is enough for 5 meals x 4 ppl. I am currently on meal #3 since dinner last night. Note we did order a lot of food. Anyways thank you for the great recommendation!

NoT in my DM but Important tips:
Don't pay for delivery. If you live close enough, get off your butt and just pick it up. The delivery sites tout free delivery but what you don't know is that their custom online menus charge $3 to $5 more per menu item. Sure its fine for one person but it would have added $30 to my large order.

Also, you will see others inside waiting for their food because this place is awesome and busy. Make sure to speak up and call out your phone number. The lady's are sweet but can be spicy if you don't pay attention.
I thought it was awesome (sort of like "no soup for you guy" from sienfeld). Meaning she didn't hear me and when I repeated myself at the window she scolded me for not speaking up loud enough. 2 seconds later she had my big order and was the sweetest and very attentive. My order was as described and they didn't miss one detail.

I now not only have my new favorite Thai place in walking distance but I also now can't wait to try the rest of their Chinese offerings.

Great pride is what they do at LC's and thats what makes American great!!!

I moved away from the area 5 months ago and LC’s hot and sour soup might be the thing I miss most. It is actually hot and it is actually sour. I’ve never had a hot and sour soup like this one. Everywhere else I’ve been is more sweet and savory than any other flavor. Their Ma Po Tofu is also every good, especially if you get it “Chinese style” which comes with chicken.

This place is why Molly Knight and Mike Chapman Composed the hit Bonnie Tyler song 'The Best' despite what Wikipedia might say. I believe that they sat down here and tried the Sesame chicken and the Singapore Rice Noodles and were inspired to write that song. That song is about food from LC's Asian Kitchen, not another person.

I was recently hire by Doordash to photograph this restaurant's popular dishes. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's great service and enthusiasm. They seemed very busy with carryouts during this pandemic and recently remodeled so when they re-open their dining room, their customers will be greeted with a a new and fresh look. I had the opportunity to taste several of the dishes pictured here and I must say they were delicious, consistent and fresh! I highly recommend this small restaurant to all of those that wish to enjoy great asian food at affordable prices.

The food is so fresh and delicious. Definitely not your basic Chinese restaurant. If you haven't tried it you are truly missing out.

Excellent, friendly, clean. Every part of my dinner was good. Service was excellent. The jasmine tea was superb. Generous size dinner portions.

Sweet and Sour Chicken was excellent, HUGE portion. Egg roll, fried rice & egg drop soup were good too, fast service.

Very good food. The LC chicken is very close to chicken katsu- which I don’t find too often! It was delicious. Spring rolls good too

We decided to try a different Chinese place and were so happy we did. We prefer this to our usual place. The pork fried rice and Singapore noodles were very good and flavorful. The crab Rangoon was out of this world.

My favorite Chinese spot in Metro-Detroit. Highly recommend their almond chicken and Saigon noodles.

Listen. We are BIG critics when it comes to our food. We have been settling for less than perfect Asian food for a while. I read the reviews for LC’s Asian kitchen, and I knew we had to try it. They DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! We have been back already- that’s twice in one week. The food is high quality. The environment is calming and welcoming. We didn’t dine in, but the staff was very accommodating for both of our pickup orders. I highly recommend trying if you have not. And hats off to the chef!

Yum. It was a bit on the sweet side, but seriously delicious food. Also have to compliment the restaurant and staff on their COVID precautions. Probably some of the best I've seen of any place without a drive through. Will definitely be visiting again.

Love the pineapple fried rice & spring rolls. Been going here weekly for a few months now & it’s always fast, fresh, and they don’t skimp out on the meat! Don’t sleep on this place!
