I just had a closing done for my mother with Amrill and it was such a pleasure. Amrill was referred by my aunt who used Amrill for her home transaction. My aunt had a good experience so I thought I would use her also. I am extremely happy I did.

First of all my mother was very nervous about selling a home she lived in for over 30 years. She was also emotional about the whole situation too. Before I took my mother to see Amrill and her extremely pleasant legal assistant Sharon I had a long conversation with her. I wanted to let her know the state which my mother was in and get a feel for how she would handle it. After the conversation I knew we would be in good hands.

Amrill and Sharon was always pleasant, respectful and patient with my mother. They always answered the questions she asked and never made her feel as if she couldn't ask any question.

The closing went extremely smooth and on time. I highly recommend them for any of your closing needs.

This lady is a regular everyday crook. She hid and lied about fees. And then took advantage of me in my most vulnerable state. She added fees that she never discussed with me until just before I closed. She also lied and said she wouldn’t charge me for certain fees, but still did. She’s greedy, lacks morals and is dishonest to boot. She is not engaged and leaves most work to her legal assistant who is not very competent. She’s reminiscent of Donald Trump. Entrusted with more power than she deserves and lacks morale.

She sends a “contract”, doesn’t discuss it with her clients and then binds her client to the contract. If you don’t allow her To exploit you, she refuses to close on your deal.

I paid this lady to make sure I wasn’t taken advantage of, and she’s the one who took advantage of me.

She lies about sending correspondence on your behalf and is only in the business to take advantage of first time home buyers. Google any other attorney and use that one before you use her.
