Wally was very knowledgeable, patient and kind and spent HOURS trying to fix my phone. He did everything he could to try to fix it after I dropped it. Bianca provided excellent customer service. She was extremely professional, informative, welcoming, patient, and helpful. Bianca explained all of the deals, promotions, and discounts. She even helped me backed up my information, transfer from one phone to another, and erase my old phone. I would highly recommend this location.

Wally and Bianca at AT&T have helped me get a new iPhone 15 and they were nice enough to give me a phone. They were able to give me a good deal and I appreciate them for their help and effort.

Wally is extremely knowledgeable about the latest deals and phone accessories and will do his best to make sure that you are maximized on your phone plans I would highly recommend going to him to see if you can improve your current phone plan and to see if you can get a better. I visited many AT&T stores for transferring my lines to another account but was unable. But Mr. Wally at this store has good experience and knowledge about AT&T, he completed my year old incomplete work which every one failed he just completed within half n hour.

A+ experience. Wally was so knowledgeable and friendly. I’m generally suspect of these stores and their salespeople, always expecting to be scammed by them somehow. I can confirm that Wally is legit as they come. He was genuinely interested in helping me, meeting my needs, and finding me deals and shortcuts. He found a bunch of cool things in the system that gave me multiple discounts both in the short term and long run. I really recommend this store, especially for people who may not be tech friendly or get intimidated by these types of experiences. I would send my parents or grandparents here.
