I brought my elderly aunt into the store to make some changes to her phone plan. Alex was absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful and patient. He was able to do everything we needed, including finding a better plan so that my aunt was not paying for services she doesn’t use. His patience with my aunt was exemplary. Thank you, Alex!

Funny how I just noticed that bad review that does happen to say "only work with Jabari." That is SO true. He's excellent, very thorough, polite & helpful . . . especially with us "over 30s" (cough, cough, add a few decades) who are useless with tech.
Notice to TMobile: do NOT let this guy go to another location. It happened once before with a guy named Dave (tall, thin, tattoos) who was superb also, but ended up being moved to somewhere west of Morris Plains.
Back to Jabari: will be there with him when we move up to latest Galaxy android.

We changed from Verizon to t-mobile. We went in and Alex totally hooked us up!!! He was awesome and made the process so easy. He was excellent!! Ask for him if you need to make a change. We’re so happy!!😀

Alex from T-mobile went above and beyond to assist in my customer service needs. Alex clearly explained and advised on the best plan that would work for my Family. Considering there was a 3 part phase he was there every step of the way.

Went to the store to get my son his first cell phone on his birthday. Alex greeted us and helped us with the entire purchase process. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. I was really impressed with his customer service i.e from the greeting till setting up the phone. Keep up the good work!

Alex solved an impossible voicemail issue with me when others could not. He even stayed with me when the T Mobile representative called me to address this. He is empathetic, patient and determined ; he didn’t want me to leave without resolving my problem. I have not experienced this level of customer service in years. What a gem this store has!

Camilo at Morris Plains store was kind and helpful in downloading my attachment. I am a T-mobile customer for more than 20 years. We need more people like Camilo working for T-mobile.

Jabari was incredibly helpful in getting my phone upgraded the same day! Was super knowledgeable and informative. Answered any and all questions. Even helped us switch my old military plan to an updated military plan. The man should be a manager!!!

Alex was awesome. I had some trouble setting up my phone at a third party store. Came into the corporate store and he fixed all my issues. Even got on the phone with customer service for me and worked out the bugs. He explained all these T-mobile discounts that I had no idea about. Over all highly recommend!!
