During my recent visit to Pep Boys, I was struck by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. What impressed me the most was their efficiency in assisting customers. They were able to identify and resolve issues quickly, without compromising on quality. Additionally, their knowledge of the products and services was remarkable. They were able to provide detailed explanations and recommendations, which helped me make informed decisions about my vehicle.

But what really stood out to me was the authenticity of the staff. They were genuinely interested in helping customers and were not driven by sales targets or commissions. This created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, which made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Came in for an oil change and was promptly helped, including an assessment of my tires. I was able to replace all 4 tires for the price of 3 along with the oil change in under 2 hours and best price in town! Staff was incredibly caring and speedy with my service.

Incredibly kind, helpful, communicative, and quick service. My wife & I were very distressed about the situation with our car and they made sure to be very quick and efficient in their diagnosis and repair. They even were able to get the part we needed replaced in quickly given the holiday (2 days instead of the week that the dealership quoted us). We just got back from vacation on Christmas Eve with and lost our power steering. So grateful that the technician and manager got us right in and on the road in a few hours so we can celebrate the holidays with our family back home. The staff was always keeping us updated, empathetic and just an awesome experience.

So had an experience with another tire shop and they were going to charge me an arm and a leg for new tires and installing a level kit on an F150. Never ordered the tires I asked for and showed up the day I was told and they didn’t have them. I called Pepboys the same day and asked if they had the tires in stock. They got the tires within a day and I saved a few hundred dollars with the mounting and balancing as well as the install of the leveling kit. I will say this much, they are some of the nicest people I have worked with and am glad I went to them to have the work done. If you’re looking for a tire place or even something like a suspension install I would genuinely recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the great experience and will gladly come back if anything else ever pops up.

Had my car towed there on new years day . Was told they would not be able to take anymore walk ins. Which I was okay with. But then received a call a few hours later saying they were able to work me in and my car was done. Thought that was really awesome. And the car runs great. Thank u

This Pep Boys location is great. They are good communicators who provide full transparency on what your car needs, how long it will take and how much it will cost. If they make a mistake or fail to resolve an issue with your car, they act with integrity and complete the job to your satisfaction. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I came to Pep Boys as soon as they opened without an appointment because I had a screw in my tire and desperately needed it repaired. Jordan was friendly, patient, and helpful. It was a busy morning with inclement weather, the phones were ringing often, and Jordan appeared to be helping to train a new employee. Throughout my time there Jordan remained professional and friendly while helping customers and the newer employee. Luis was the mechanic who worked on my car. He got my tire taken care of and changed my oil quickly and even left my car in the garage so I did not have to walk in the pouring rain to get in.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys yesterday during what was most likely a stressful workday for the employee between the inclement weather and how busy they were. Thank you so much to all that helped me and did so with a smile.

Was surprised by the new format with Autozone. Didn't take long for me to be very impressed with Pep Boys in particular Jordan -Service Rep. He couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. Set-up Lyft ride for me, and had me out in short time. Service was great. Excellent recommendations and fast and easy pickup.
In addition while picking up car, another customer walked in and said she was concerned with her car not restarting. Without even a hesitation, Jordan offered to come out with a battery charger and assist the woman regardless if she was a customer or not. Because of Jordan, I will be a happy returning customer in future.

Went in for a nail in my tire, and they were fast, honest, and trustworthy as always. Great job

The staff was amazing and courteous. Jordan assisted me and made sure I was taken care of while my car was serviced. I was able to get a ride home and back due to Jordan's help. Amazing experience.

This place is great they get you in and out quickly and I don't give you the runaround on your car definitely recommend going here for tires

Pep Boys, Rt 46 Parsippany has the best staff and technician.
They were honest, quick and reasonable. Every one I encountered, from my first inquiry phone call with Maurice to the outstanding service with all those who greeted me and worked on my car. They explained and showed me everything that actually needed to be done to my car, they did not push to oversell me on things I did not need, but informed me of all that was necessary and the options I had. I highly recommend this particular location of Pep Boys.

The man at the front desk Sunday was helpful, courteous, professional and got my tire fixed quickly. I’m from out of town and had a 3.5 hour drive home. Glad you all are open Sunday’s. You get the business from the many auto shops who are closed. Keep up the good work! Thanks.

After reviewing all options, I decided to buy 4 new tires here at Pep Boys Parsippany under a promotion and it was the right choice. Excellent service from start to finish. They quickly brought my car into the shop, installed all 4 tires, and performed a wheel alignment. They gave me a solid review of the alignment results at the end as well. They were great with communication throughout the entire process and I was very happy driving away. It was the first time in 3 years that my car felt like new driving down the road, thank you again for a great service experience!

Very good service. Quick, easy. Felt the difference in my car immediately. They went above the usual - did extras such as a tire rotation, fuel additive, checked and leveled off fluids, checked the systems. Will be back for sure. Too bad the store is under construction right now- wanted to get some stuff but it can wait. Great customer service - they answer the phone, polite, greet you.
