Rarely does an interaction with a business move me in such a positive way. Danny and his people are clearly first rate tire experts. You should go out of your way to do business here.

My experience with Quality Auto Center has always been a positive one. Today is no exception! I brought my 2014 Honda in because it was running a little rough and sounded like a truck. Danny, the Manager, who is extremely professional & courteous, had one of the mechanics take a look. I didn't have an appointment, but he said "no problem." They performed a diagnostic analysis and checked the oil level & quality, belts & hoses, etc. Thankfully there was nothing major; he suggested that maybe all that was needed was the standard maintenance procedure. That was music to my ears. This could have gone totally in another direction, but Danny was honest and forthcoming.
Quality Auto Center is top notch!! I have no problem recommending the shop to my family members & friends. Two thumbs up!

Not only is he a good mechanic, but Dan is an upright and honest guy. I dropped my car off with a note requesting a 50,000 mile service. Dan told me that all it needed was an oil change. He could have quoted me hundreds of dollars worth of work and I'd have gone for it. But it was just an oil change! =-) And he told me that.

Been Bringing my Truck to QAC since Mike was there. Their manager following Mike was less than what is Standard there.

However, Its Under New Excellent Management and I am Back. Danny is the Nice Gentleman at the desk. He's been maintaining and repairing my truck now and keeping me up to date ln any future repairs.

Danny is an Honest Guy. Hes Polite and treats his Customers Very Well, He just Wants the Best for Them. Some people do need to understand that they're not mechanics and Googling stuff vs Speaking to a Professional is Quite Different.

They now sell Tires here which is Excellent. It's nice to see them expanding services * they are of one of few shops around thats open till 5pm.*

Ill continue to keep bringing Quality Auto my Business Specifically of how its being run and the Quality and Workmanship by the Mechanics in the Shop.

Just came here thinking I had low tire pressure due to an indicator lighting up. Danny helped us realize that was not the issue, and we just needed to recalibrate the system. All in just a couple minutes, immediately, no charge! Very helpful explanations and experience overall

I had issue with my car in the middle of my trip. All the other shops told me to drop off the car after two days. Bill was nice enough to look at my car the same day even they were busy and told me about the issue. Also, suggested next steps to get it fixed. Their price was reasonable. Definitely recommended!

My back bumper had completely come off, and I was told by a few people that I would need a new bumper entirely. I came in, and even though they were busy, they were able to take me in and put my bumper back on securely. They told me no new bumper is needed and had fixed it in a few hours. So nice and personable as well. Very professional, I'll come back here for any car needs I have!

I knew I needed to replace my Interstate Batteries for my motor home. Went to see Mike in Kendall Park and after making a number of calls to his supplier finally was able to get my batteries. He was determined to help me. He made me feel as if I was his only customer even though he was very busy. Kept me informed as to the status of my order and followed through until batteries were installed. I greatly appreciate his dedication to his customers. Highly recommend Quality Auto Center here in Kendall Park.

I don't live close but because of the Loyalty, service and genuine concern for my car issues, I will drive 40 minutes to let Mike care for my car. Mike at Kendell Park and his crew have solved car issues for us for more that ten years and I trust him and the crew wholeheartedly. Well operated and professional. I had an issue with wheel alignment but there were other problem so he suggested the fix before proceeding. However the fix was very expensive so I decided to delay for which they didn’t charge a penny to do inspection

Mike and his mechanic did a great job replacing my rusty fuel lines and break line on my old Honda Accord. They did it with original parts but at a quarter of the cost the dealer quoted. Mike is very professional and honest. I will go back to him again for any work on my Honda.

My 20 year old lexus needed more than a couple of items to fix.
When I checked in, the manager was attentive, courteous and thorough in taking a look at the issues.
And the repair was completed ahead of the estimated time and he went over the whole set of items with me prior to taking delivery.
Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced personnel.
