There is a bald man there that wants to nickel and dime for even tape
Mere packing tape which is a GD write off! I have been a customer for 2 years but will be moving my box to another location. I think J has moved to greener pastures which is sad because he was great

This review is for Jay, the manager at this location. This dude is such a kind soul, and did sooo much for me.

I shipped a fragile auto panel out of this store last Summer and it was damaged in transit. I made sure to pay extra for insuring it for its $1,000 value. UPS denied responsibility several times, and Jay stepped in on my behalf as a witness that it was packed well prior to shipment and that I was not at fault. After several months and so much of Jay's time, he was able to be a major assist in me getting a check from UPS in the full amount of the part's worth.

I was in there the other day and was able to thank him in person as he took care of some other shipments I needed to send out. Jay is really patient and a good man. Thank you.

This location is consistently one of the best for all my shipping needs. S/O to the manager J for always being upfront with costs and providing the most logical solution for my shipping needs. Anyone in these reviews commenting about pricing or non controllable issues hold this location back from being the 5 star model UPS store it is.

This is the best UPS Store I have ever been too. The manager was very caring and helpful and had a lot of patience when I had many shipping needs. From now on, I will only come to this UPS location. I Definitely recommend this to everyone👍🏻

Superb customer service! A young man by the name of Jay was extremely helpful and went above and beyond his normal duties to make sure all my needs were met. Much appreciated in the midst of this pandemic where staff is short and patience even shorter. Hats off to you Jay and to UPS!

One of the best UPS stores I have gone too! The employee name Jay was super helpful with all my questions and even guided me through on how to make a label. Super friendly and will be coming back to this store moving forward!

By far the best ups store I been to compared to all the others in the area, been to the other 3 locations in the area and nothing competes with what this ups store offers in customer service and anything in general, they always go the extra mile for me to assure I am taken care of, I use ups often for the services they offer and this store prioritizes customers as it’s number one priority, they are very efficient at what they do and every time I’m here I always see customers being taken care of with all the associates going the extra mile no matter how busy it is or any need the customer requests, if you ever need ups for any of its services please do yourself a favor and come to this one as they will assure you are taken care of compared to the others in the area, the manager Jay is so helpful and caring, he is so efficient at what he does and knows how to run a business, along with the other two associates Akwasi and rushi who are nice and helpful too. Def will only come back to this one!!!

This review is for Akwasi & Jay. Both of these guys were amazing. They were so personable, answered a million questions, all while keeping a smile on their face. I couldn't believe how easy the paper shredding process was. I would recommend anyone in the area to give them a visit for whatever printing needs!
