Blackstone Lodge and Suites

Standard rooms that are clean and accommodating! The real winner for us was the outdoor hot tubs. We live in Spearfish and we rented a room for the night to enjoy the hot tubs without having to drive back home! There is a little bar with food options too and complimentary breakfast. Obviously there is so much to do in the Hills and depending on what kind of trip you want this is a good lodging option!

This place is amazing for a stay in the area! The management is top-notch, the rooms are spotless, and guest care is their priority. A perfect pick for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Stayed there while visiting Deadwood. Only a couple miles away and so nice. Clean, nicely decorated hotel. Friendly and and a great hot breakfast free! I would stay here any time I’m in the area. Even has a shuttle to Deadwood if you like the nightlife there!

Perfect little Lodge outside of Deadwood, away from the hustle and bustle of touristy things, but close enough to get to both the main st of Lead, and Deadwood. Located next to a mountain, pretty cool view. 3 outside hot tubs, which I didn't utilize, but great idea. The breakfast was delicious and 24/7 coffee is nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great price too.

We had a great time staying at Blackstone lodge. The staff provided exceptional services – friendly and warm hospitality. Lodge was clean and situated in a perfect location, just a few minutes away from all the nearby attractions. Made us feel at home during our entire stay :-) highly recommended, and will definitely visit this beautiful lodge again with my family in the future!

My kids and I stay at this place anytime we are in the area, the staff is great and so child friendly, they are clean and prompt and very welcoming!

This is a wonderful place. Management is excellent. Plus, they are super responsive. It’s very pleasant and service was quick and exceptional. My freinds referred to me first, and I must say I loved it here.

Very clean very nice rooms. Beds are crazy comfortable. Hot tubs are outside in the parking lot on a platform. Vending machines are ridiculously overpriced. But hotel itself and the staff were absolutely wonderful.

We had a good experience here. It was priced well and fair, I feel.
I would say rooms are small but accommodated what we needed... a bed to sleep in. If you like big rooms and or staying for a long time then I would say this may be a tough stay. You should plan on paying more and going somewhere else. When they get booked up prices go through the roof...fyi.
The staff was great. Breakfast was limited but ok. Just saying it's a budget hotel. Don't expect more. Also a small bar on first floor which was nice. Also they have a van that will take you to deadwood.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Blackstone Lodge especially the hot tub after long days of exploring the most beautiful scenery and landmarks in our country. Highly recommend!

Great location. Very friendly staff and helpful. Has a free shuttle to take you any where you want in Deadwood and Lead. Rooms were nice beds very comfortable. They also serve breakfast. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

Highly recommend! We come and stay in this hotel when my kids are having an all day ski day the next day, every time that we have come, they’ve been super accommodating the rooms have been cleaned. My kids just have a blast in the hot tub outside. This is a great place to stay, and they don’t overcharge.

I was shocked at how large our room and bathroom were. The hot breakfast was nice. The outdoor hot tubs were icing on the cake. Our family really enjoyed staying here.

This place was great. Rooms were very clean. The front desk was very friendly fast and easy check it. The beds are nice and firm close to Deadwood Spearfish. Definitely would stay again if in the area

We had the king sweet. It was very nice. This place has been nicely updated from what it used to be. Our bathroom was updated in and everything was very clean. The service was excellent excellent excellent. Everyone is so friendly there. I will stay again. Not to mention the reasonable prices of course Period

Bobby and stayed for 5 nights. The room was comfy and exactly what we needed. Awesome breakfast every morning. But the best part of this place is the ENTIRE staff. Each & every one always had a smile, asked how we were doing and if we needed anything,and they actually meant it! Had an issue with our door/key and maintenance was there in less than 5 minutes to fix. Very impressive.

I like shuttle . Great price and quiet . I will stay here when I come back deadwood again .

Decent small beer/wine bar off the lobby. Very cold beer. Bar pizza was pretty good. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fairly good - we got there early and some of the sausages looked and tasted like yesterday's leftovers. If you like low salt, the eggs are for you. I added a little salt for my taste. Juice, coffee, waffles, toast, yogurt, SOS, etc was available.
Shuttle service was available for a ride to casino or bars or restaurant and return.
I'd stay here again.

I have traveled a lot throughout the years. This is probably one of the friendliest places I've ever stayed. The staff were super amazing and friendly. Hats of to the employer who brought these people on board and retains them. Job well done
