Oak Tree Park

Visited here Friday 5/29/20. Nice little neighborhood park with some grassy areas, big trees, benches to sit at, 3 parking spots (one of those handicap). A basketball half court. A playground, which is closed right now due to Covid. No bathrooms here. A small loop walking trail and a friendly neighborhood cat. There are new builds going on to the south and east of the park. Picnic tables.

A nice little neighborhood park with spectacular views of Mount Hood and the Columbia River.

This is a really nice paved walking trail. It has a Big open field with Big oke's and little trails that run off the main trail down to the Washougal river. There you will find a few inviting swimming holes and crystal clear water. There's wildlife everywhere. Deer rabbits I even saw a little porcupine.

Great place to see the Columbia river and watch the sunrise.

Oak Tree Park is an above average neighborhood park with nice views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. It was developed by the local neighborhood association but it's a Washougal city park now and it's very well maintained by the city parks department. It's not too large but it has a number of large oak trees (hence the name), very nice landscaping, large grassy areas that are great for picnics or frisbee, a couple of picnic tables, a half basketball court, and a kid's play area. There is a paved path bordering the edge of most of the park so it's good for people with limited mobility. Definitely a nice place to go on a sunny afternoon.

Beautiful park with veiws is every direction. But, it's for Lookout Ridge residents only.

Perfect place to walk my dog. Incredible views of the mountain and the river.
