I have been seeing Dr Chung for about 25 years. He has always been so thorough and capable dealing with my many teeth problems. I never thought I would have any teeth left by this time but thanks to Dr Chung my mouth is normal. The hygienist and assistant in the office are unusually caring and knowledgeable.

Dr. Chung is great. Always on time for my appointment and the staff is wonderful. I have been going to Dr Chung for about 5 years now and have absolutely no complaints.

I’ve been going to Hudson Dental for a few years now, mostly for cleanings but also had some cavities fixed as well. Everyone is very professional, great service.

I went to Hudson Dental yesterday and was initially very impressed by the hygenist, the woman who cleaned my teeth seemed nice, and I found Dr. Chung to be unnecessarily blunt and lacking bedside manner when he suggested I just get dentures because I needed so much work done, but we agreed on starting with 2 crowns, fillings which I told him I would work on saving up to turn into crowns the best I could, and my dental coverage which he was familiar with covers between 50 and 80 percent of everything. I was anxious as hell going in because I was ashamed of the decay largely caused by dry mouth and the fact it had been two years since I could afford the work I needed. The cleaning consisted of a brutal scraping of what he said were brittle teeth, and one area was focused on for a solid five minutes and was very uncomfortable. That evening I flossed, and I mean a simple run the floss between the teeth in a smooth motion, not tugging, and a filling on my bottom second the last right molar popped out onto the bathroom floor with a clang and my tooth wiggled under gentle pressure. Needless to say I freaked out thinking this would mean a root canal, crown or extraction. Today my husband arranged an emergency appointment and the hygenist who did my x rays acted like a toddler when I told her that her coworker broke my tooth. She said it was impossible for that to happen and later proceeded to slam doors, tell me dentists didn't have "a crystal ball " (with heavy sarcasm) when he tried to tell me the fillings wouldn't hold after telling me they would not likely last long but I was definately given the impression they would buy me time , and made a point of clanging everything she could. I had to tell the dentist to stop using the word "dentures" to try to deflect from what had happened, and I swear he must have repeated the word 5 more times until my husband pointed out what he was doing and that he was angering and upsetting me. I was already starving because I was afraid to further damage he tooth and was working on three hours sleep. He did fill the tooth but I will never set foot into that place again. Dr. Chung even asked me if I had saved the old filling which had fallen on the bathroom floor; what was he planning on doing; putting it back in my mouth?!? The young man at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with however, and was patient, kind, and explained the process of getting claims approved, copay amounts, and made the process much less confusing when I go to a different dentist; I made sure to thank him for all his help before I left the building. My husband and I both work in patient care and would both get at the least an official warning if we acted so unprofessionally toward our clients; I hope for the patients' sakes this young woman can learn to reign in her temper and desire to engage in an argumentative way with those she serves. If you want to see a great dentist, check out Rotterdam Dental Arts; Dr. Yucedal is a godsend whose office will take xrays which can be read and will recommend the appropriate work on the correct teeth and not bill your insurance for work not before discussed.

Worst dental clinic I have visited ever! Worst and most horrible dentist ! Not professional at all. What in his eyes is only $$$$$$$$$. The dentist (he is a Korean) doesn't care about the patients' feeling, but only care about money. Don't go there, waste of your time and money!
