I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. The staff is friendly and courteous. The time in the chair is painless. Any procedures are explained completely. I have total confidence with this office. The pricing seems a bit more competitive than my prior practice. It's worth the hour drive.

Although there was some confusion between a previous need for antibiotics before a cleaning and updated protocols, the office took the initiative and care to straighten it out without my intervention. They were concerned about my safety and took more care in explaining the reason behind the antibiotics then the office that prescribed them.

The cleaning itself went flawlessly with a courteous staff and delightful receptionist.

Dr. Fox was extremely tactful, courteous and professional during this visit. The staff has always been very friendly and professional as well. Although I have to drive down from Malta it is worth it and I will continue to happily do so!

I have known Dan Callahan for over 15 years as my dentist at his previous location. He is so well liked by my family, that we decided to look him up at his new location and switch to that office for dental work, even though it is a 45 mile drive to get there. First meeting at new office was very friendly, efficient, and accepting of new patients. Staff reflects well on Dan. We made the right move!

I liked the new dentist very much. I forgot his name, my apologies. He was professional, very knowledgeable, pleasant, and respectful. A nice addition to their team! And I always love to see Brenda, the hygienist, who is invariably professional, warm and cheerful. Always a pleasure to chat and catch up with Brenda.

I had a great experience. They are prompt and very professional! Definitely recommending this practice to friends and family.

I haven't had such a pleasant experience at a dentist's office since I was a kid. The staff were exceptional, there was very little wait time, and I was as comfortable as I could have been during the appointments.

I have recently switched to this dental team.
With that said I made a regular appointment but before the appointment I broke a tooth.
This team were able to get me in with short notice at there Loudonville office where I saw “ Dr. Dan” ….he was fantastic . Not an alarmist, nothing but friendly , informative and completely understanding. The office staff were great and the complete service was a pleasure.

About two weeks later I had my regular appointment ( that I had scheduled two months prior) with Dr. Giglio in the Albany office.
Vincent was a delight to interact was…knowledgeable, patient and friendly ..as was the whole staff.
Today was my cleaning …need I say it was a repeat performance by this “ Dental Team”
I am very pleased with this group and I am usually very critical of dentists…WHY…because I dislike going to the dentist. 🤣😂
If you need a dentist….these are your people.👍

Just had a filing replaced by Dr. Callahan and couldn’t have been more pleased with his patience, expertise and willingness to explain everything in detail. Great job Dr. Dan!

Shakira is my dental hygienist and she is awesome! She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always takes her time to explain whatever is needed to better take care of my teeth. And I met Dr. Fox briefly, he seemed to be a nice gentleman and good dentist.

The staff is professional, welcoming, kind and comforting. This includes all staff from the office front staff, and dental professionals. During procedures, I am always asked if I am "OK," so ongoing commitment to the patient's well being throughout a process. Something I can relate to as an ex-or-maybe "always" a teacher. I left teaching 7ish years ago, but a major concept/practice out there was called "with-it-ness." This is the ongoing, on the spot, check-in's as to how your students are doing during instruction. I would say, this team is abundantly "with-it." I thank you all, especially for making me feel cared about.

While I have been their patient for a few years, they went above and beyond after I chipped my tooth with a same day appointment. They did excellent work as well.

This is a top notch dentistry practice. Whenever I visit here, I never have to wait. The staff are all friendly and professional. I always get a thorough cleaning. The dentist provides me with extreme detail about the health of my teeth which I have never had at other dental offices. Always a great experience to visit here! Would recommend 10/10!
