We absolutely love Dr Wachs and her entire staff! They all make you feel like family. Even when you’re having a big procedure like a crown or cavity filled, they are caring and gentle putting you at ease. Best dentist and office I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended. Frank P

My whole family goes to Dr Jen Wachs at Family Dentistry of Yorktown.
Dr Jen and her staff are almost too good to be true. To find an honest, kind, compassionate staff like Dr Jens is amazing and proves that positivity attracts positivity.
My Mom recently had to get many teeth pulled and fitted for dentures. I have absolutely no experience with this but Dr Jen and her staff made us both feel so comfortable and informed us about every step of the procedure.
We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.

I lost a crown and had a new one put on yesterday. The staff was great and Dr. Wachs was excellent. I had a new crown in an hour. It is a very professional office. I have been a patient for about a year and am sorry I didn't go there sooner.

We have been coming to family Dentistry of Yorktown for years. They are so thorough in their cleaning- it really makes a difference and is better than other dentists we used in the past or when the kids were away at college etc.

Dr.W is the BEST! She is so kind, caring and compassionate to all. She makes you feel comfortable from the start. Her staff is extremely helpful, kind and compassionate as well. Best dental office! Excellent and kind professionals with top notch skills. My entire family has been going here for years and they are truly the best dental office we’ve encountered! Everyone is amazing, from the dentists to the hygienists to the front desk staff. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Location is very convenient. Easy to get to.
Nice to have an elevator. Office is Neat and clean. As I walk in, greeted immediately by my name by Tara ( I like that ).
Took a seat, with-in a minute, greeted by Mary.
Time to sit in the chair. We talked over my dental X-rays. Any concerns / any thing change since last visit.
Very nice. Made me feel very comfortable.
Before I knew it, here comes Jenny.( Dental Hygienist ). Jenny, soft spoken, very professional. yes and under her mask I know there is a beautiful smile- I can tell by her eyes. This was a second visit with Jenny, (requested her)
From my first visit Jenny, guided me on how I should be taking care of my teeth, gums, and tongue. Yes I listen, I was very proud of my self, I wanted Jenny to know that as well.
Now for the cleaning: Gentle touch, I was very relaxed, I knew I was in good hands.

Never thought I would leave such a review about a dentistry. The staff is amazing, Knowledgable, friendly, accommodating. Everything was done in house instead of multiple trips/appts. They kept mentioning a massage chair, which I thought was a joke. While I waited for my crown to be made, I was put in a room with a very high tech massage chair to pass the time. My only regret was not staying in that chair longer. Never thought of a dentistry having a massage chair. The dentist is always a tense time for me with all the drilling etc, but this was a pleasant experience. Can’t say enough good things.

My boys are young and going to the dentist can be a little nerve wracking. Not with Dr Wachs and team. My kids enjoy the experience. They come home excited and practice their best brushing and flossing.

Update 5/11/23 - I had a cleaning appointment on 5/9. One of my teeth was hurting and was not feeling well and was not getting any sleep due to pain. They were able to clean my teeth without any !!pain!! and were able to x-ray and diagnose the problem of my tooth. 2 days later, pain is gone. I'm feeling and sleeping great now!!
