It was my first time visiting this office and wow! I was warmly greeted by the front desk and was attended at my appointment time. Overall, all of the staff were sweet and very knowledgeable. They treated me with such care that I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone! You will NOT be disappointed!

From the first phone call, and the clean well-lit space, to walking out the door after my appointment, everyone I encountered was present and compassionate. I had tried a new thick floss and a decent sized chunk of it broke off and got lodged in my gums between two tight teeth. I could not get it out on my own. I called and got an appointment quickly. Dr. Yin removed the jammed floss with minimal discomfort. Dr. Yin is kind, mindful, and thorough. And what a warm, friendly staff! Recommend this dental group without reservation!

Very thorough cleaning and exam. Not long ago Dr. Sullivan was able to fill a cavity with a small area of exposed root using a special technique to avoid a root canal. Highly recommend!

A crack developed in my dental night-guard. I must have clenched it too hard while wearing it. Dr. Loewenstein's office was able to give me an appointment for the very next morning. It was repaired in no time, and it was done so well I couldn't even see where it had been cracked. I was able to bring it home the same day and could use it immediately. Thank you!

I would describe myself as high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. As soon as I entered the dental office, I felt nervous and anxious but after meeting Sarah and Dr. Yin I was able to calm down. Both of them were so understanding and caring and got me through the exam. The staff at the front desk are amazing as well. I could not have asked for a better experience.

As usual, Precision Arts Dental Associates was excellent today. The hygienist was excellent and made me feel at ease during my dental cleaning. She even called me to put my mind at ease prior to my visit today. I have a lot of anxiety related to dental visits and everyone in the office put my mind at ease before even arriving today.The office staff were professional, friendly and supportive and this helps make something difficult seem so much easier. It's always a pleasure to see smiling Dr. Sullivan and his assistant Monica and all of his supportive office staff. Thanks everyone for helping me get through this appointment today. I had my semi-annual cleaning done yesterday with Agnieszka. She is wonderfully professional, kind, gentle and so knowledgeable. I have been with Precision practice for over a decade and could not be more pleased. I had many issues when i first came and they have all been resolved. Also, my fear of dentistry were handled with compassion and kindness. I could not be more happy. I love the entire staff- their continued caring and expertise. Thank you all.

Had a great experience with Precision Arts Dental Associates. Dr. Yin, the dental assistant and dental hygienist were all so professional, prompt, and just delightful. The appointment started right on time. They also notified me when other earlier appointments came up with cancellations in case any of those worked for me.

Dr Sullivan is excellent I like because he is a good listener I can tell my all concerns and he explained me everything and he is very knowledgeable in his profession

Everyone is so warm and welcoming and it helped to ease my fears. Great office!

Dr. Loewenstein is an expert practitioner who recognizes—and can remediate—dental issues par excellence. Pain management is stellar. I have had long standing issues successfully treated and further issues prevented. Plus, he has a dog who is very good at sitting on your lap when needed.

Dr. Sullivan and his staff are wonderful, going to the dentist can be very stressful, but they all made me feel very comfortable. They have done amazing work on my teeth. Agnieszka, is very pleasant and did an amazing job on my cleaning, with very little pain. I definitely recommend them.

The whole team is excellent. We moved 2 years ago from Los Angeles where we had an amazing dentist (after a few bad ones) and were terrified we wouldn’t be able to find another. We were so lucky to find Precision! The whole staff: Lysette, Sam, Michelle and Dr. Yin are perfect and my wife and I recommend wholeheartedly. They even Jedi mind tricked me into flossing all the time. A wonderful practice with a professional and fun team!

admittedly I do not like going to the dentist, it fills me with anxiety but I have to say IF I have to go to the dentist this is the place I would choose 10 out of 10!!!

Dr. Lowenstein and team provide excellent dental care. They are thoughtful , thorough and kind.
