We have an obligation to help keep DICK’S Sporting Goods in business! Yes, I’m sure you can order all kinds of sporting goods on the internet but to be able to walk through their huge store snd choose from hundreds of fishing poles, reels, lures as well as every imaginable sporting equipment, clothing , socks, sneakers as well as a dedicated staff that is available from 9am to assist you, is absolutely a great gift! I was there to buy tennis balls and some clothing but I was tempted to hit some balls in their batting cage or practice my golf swing on their putting green!

Roberto help my son find the soccer cleats he need. He took time to measure his shoe size and find the cleats that he liked. He then asked if they fit good. Overall very helpful and great costumer service.

Rob showed my son and daughter basketball shoes . He was very knowledgeable and great fun even showing my daughter how to box out. He made our experience fun

Phil was a superb team member that made a hectic Christmas shopping day Very calm.

This is a shout-out to Mel in the footwear department. I came in today to buy new soccer cleats for my grandson. I didn't bring him with me but I did have the pair of cleats he had outgrown. The footwear department was very crowded but Mel was managing the situation admirably and efficiently. Before each trip to the back storage room he gathered requests from multiple customers, somehow managing to remember them without writing them down. In my case he brought out two pairs of cleats. I bought both of them and will return the pair that was too small. What could have been a nightmare shopping experience turned out to be reasonably fast and pleasant instead.

Great store. Always well stocked with products and nice selections. The workers are all very nice and go out of there way to make sure that you found what you wanted .

I went into the store to buy some support sneakers for my upcoming surgery. I walked almost in tears because of my foot pain. However, I walked out happy and in a much better and reduced pain state. Thanks to Nick, my footwear salesman, my cashier Nicholas and their manager. Never have I had a more pleasant shopping experience. Especially since I was in pain and near tears. Their excellent customer service skills are phenomenal! I'm thoroughly impressed with these to young men and their manager.

Always go to this particular store. They are so helpful and attentive to you. The staff knows the products and are knowledgeable. If they dont know about an item they find someone who does. Store is always neat and organized. Always enjoy my time there

A bit out of the way for me but hands down the best sporting goods store locally. Despite its size I always get what I need (fishing, volleyball, lacrosse or crossfit gear). I'm in and our quick. There has been the occasional time where linger and check out the selection of other sports I may want to pick up one day. Parking garage can be a bit of a zoo but once inside, you're fine. Afterwards I usually walk around the mall.

Merv the bike mechanic. Merv was a life saver, he took care of everything thank god. I thought I was gonna have an issue with the manager or having to pay extra but literally Merv took care of everything. I dropped it off and then the following day I went to pick up the replacement with no issues whatsoever. So Thank you Merv.

Bike guy named John — super phenomenal fella! Amazingly knowledgeable, very personable and of course, just great at his job.

The store manager Cortney was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. She took her time to assist my wife and I. I will continue to shop there just for her!

Great staff and service but have no numbers requested...i went this eve and chose some styles but cannot find sneakers numbers to fit me, even online...come on guys...whats wrong, just wasted time in store...

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Store was undergoing a reset but I had no trouble getting assistance from the staff.

This place is great. They have an enormous selection and very helpful employees. I enjoy shopping here anytime I need to get new gear for the gym.

We bought all of our camping equipment here. Selection of apparel is much better than Models.

They have a great selection of sporting goods. The employees are friendly and helpful.
