Chip and his team went above and beyond to help me sell my dad's house. I live out of the state and they helped facilitate every aspect of the sale for me. Chip was with me every step of the way from the beginning to the closing. His assistant even helped me find a place we could take my dad's cat. I would highly recommend him and his team!

We recently sold our father's apartment in Syracuse with Chip Hodgkins representing us. Chip and his team were awesome to work with from start to finish. He made good recommendations about what to do (and not do) to present the apartment for sale, and connected us with a really excellent, affordable painter who did a fabulous job. The images his photographer made of the space were so nicely done we actually thought twice about selling the place. Once offers came in he was concise and clear with his communication, set us up with a good lawyer, and we closed quickly and without any complications. We highly recommend him.
