There was an issue with a drain pipe coming down from the second floor of my house- a couple pipe joints failed where they came together.
Gilbert was fantastic, talented, smart and funny. My house is old so it is very difficult to manage pipe temperatures (with the incredibly old insulation) , and he immediately knew when things started to go wrong. If I had called any other company, my house would be destroyed right now. I trust them with my life.

If you are looking for a plumbing company, you should look no further and hire this company. Project was handled effectively, efficiently and quickly. Company came quickly to assess job and began work quickly. Plan of doing work showed company's experience and creativity in understanding how to do project. Very kind and personable workers. Billing was honest and fair as final bill was below estimate. Rotundo has qualifications many plumbing companies do not have including Operator Qualification for covered tasks with Con Edison. We were lucky we found this company.

Matt is the best technician and Rotundo’s service is second to none. Absolutely use them for plumbing services. Been a customer for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier.

We found our basement flooded after a big rain and we didn't understand why the sump pump did not work. I called Rotundo for the first time and David walked us through the steps to find out what went wrong. Turned out to be a GFCI outlet attached to the pump. It needed to be connected to an ordinary outlet. He was so kind and patient and the pump worked. His caring and honesty are a rare find.

Rotundo Plumbing - a very professional operation. John is great - knowledgeable and talented. Seemingly nothing too difficult for him to tackle. Always manages to gets the job done however difficult or complicatedwith little or no mess.. Wife insists that Only John can serve our Plumbing needs.

Had a leaking waste line causing a lot of water to pour into my basement... On a Sunday. Made the call around 11am and John was at my door in about 30 minutes. Job was taken care of in about 2 hours and I am one happy camper. Dave and John really know their stuff. They will be the only plumbers I call from now on.

Honest and reliable!!

We used Rotundo on more than one occasion. Never again. Late to work. Left the job unfinished and then charged us extra when they came back to complete a job THEY left incomplete! The man on the phone was rude to my wife and very disrespectful. I would give zero stars if I could.
