I had to order my missing cat flyer many times. I would go in the store sobbing my heart out and the staff was always very kind and caring. I had hundreds of flyers printed over a period of 3 months. Always, always, kind and professional. The flyers were always ready immediately and never not once had a problem. The website is VERY user friendly. I found my cat, she's home safe with me and I will always return to Staples in Middletown for any print jobs I have. Like the story I'm going to write about my search for Sammy. There was one young man with blue or purple hair who always helped me with the printers too. He would stop what he was doing and help me so very patiently. He was the nicest person working in retail I have ever met. Once I went in and was confused over the lines and there was one young man ordering everyone around, I did not like that, but the other young man with the colorful hair helped me and made sure I was okay and got my order. I hope you give him a raise or something because he was so very kind. The cashiers are always so very nice too!

When I walked into the Middletown Staples Copy center there was a very long line. So long, I almost walked out. But The two staff members, Shayna and Kris handled the customers with amazing patience. Unfortunately it is no longer common to see retail associates smile and act calmly since most of them are overwhelmed and overworked. Kris and Shayna clearly and nicely worked with each customer. They even had to manage an evacuation as the fire alarm system in the entire shopping complex went off. If you use this Middletown Staples for copying, printing, etc. know that their team works hard. Show them some patience. It’s not their fault when computers don’t do what we want them to do. If you are looking for good customer service go there and ask for Shayna and Kris.

Always find what I’m looking for staff is helpful and professional. Come here to get everything from toner, paper, electronics pens pencils envelopes, whiteboards , markers, I also get my printing done here they have a huge printing department with color or black and white printing. Also get my Amazon pick ups here. Plenty of parking Good staff.

I received two very good service from this location on separate days. Both work in the printing department. Ryan was especially helpful and patient with my printing needs. It was a pleasure and marked difference from the Staples at the Spot Valley location. Please keep it up guys.

After having a devastating afternoon setting up for a party I was decorating, and realizing last minute that the banner i ordered online basically was melted together. I had to run around trying to find a store that could make one for me so last minute. Dollar tree empty ... party city surprisingly empty. Then a staff member advised me from party city that Staples makes banners. I ran to staples and that’s where I found Zee, OMG I’m telling you God sent down an angel. She was so kind and understanding, she helped me set up the order and the banner came out so beautifully. I’m so happy she was able to help me. The banner looked so beautiful for the cake display, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to place it where I would of placed the other one.. Even with a mask on you can tell she was smiling the entire time, which made the experience even better, the stress that I once had was blown away. People like her are so hard to come by, I’m grateful she was the person I met, and because of that I had to write a review which I normally never do, because I never had experiences like this one. Thank God for you Zee and God bless you darling. The party girl was sooooooo excited it’s 8am and she’s still texting me “thank you everything came out perfectly.” Thank you so much Zee for helping make her night. I really appreciate it. Wonderful staff. Our local Insurance Agency has been dealing with this Staples location for years and we are consistently elated. Recently, we purchased an office chair that needed to be returned. Although I had missed the official deadline for returns (totally my fault) , the manager (Matt) went out of his way to help and was able to get me a full refund. As a business owner, I was very impressed with this managers ability to recognize a loyal customer and go above and beyond. We will be doing more business with this store in the future as a result.

I love shopping and shipping here. The staff is always kind and helpful. The store is clean and organized. I notice that they're patient with other guest when they need printing or copying help also. The school supplies are inexpensive too. Great people and great service! 😊

The desk help she said that they are not ALOUD to touch customers phone..im so sorry that at the time I didn't realized that it was because of the virus contamination. She couch me through and I was able to do it. When I was done I thank her, being a 70 yo without a grand kid by your side is not easy.she was great

I adore the team at this establishment. They are very knowledgeable and helpful, no matter the need.

I utilize the print services regularly, and generally have no issues whenever I visit. Given the high volume of work the employees here are always presented with, they handle it well. If I run into any hiccups, the staff is always quick to assist.

The manager who was there today was so sweet and helpful. He went out of his way to get a ladder to search for the specific notebook that I was looking for and tracked it down very quickly. When I asked the sweet lady at the register what his name is because I am a huge fan of great service and like to give kudos to efficiency workers , she said Mike O. the manager. Mike definitely knows his store.

While there aren't many people working and I can understand other customer's frustration, I can only speak on my personal experience. I give 5 stars based on my experience with the employee Tina in the copy and printer service. Besides being so beyond helpful, she was very friendly and helped me get things printed and taken care of my the end of the day for an event I have the next day (which should have been taken care of sooner on my end). She was very professional and made sure that I left happy with everything that I needed. Thanks so much Tina for everything! Saves my butt! :D
I must also point out that if there are any unhappy customers, I would say that management needs to put on more staff. There's only so much two people can do with a line out the door!
