I'm traveling through this state, and I was elated to see a JC Pennys store in this mall. Most of the JC Penny stores in my area have closed, and I really missed them.

I was looking for value, and I found it here. Lots of selections in the men's department. Good sales are happening, and a friendly staff member to help you.

I can always find great clothing for my teenage children. I also find just the right clothing for myself. Shop the sales, and you'll have high quality clothing at affordable prices. Love this store!

The customer service is excellent. I was helped by Diana in the jewelry department with a watch purchase. She made my shopping experience at JCPenney great.

Honestly JCPenney selection and prices are normally better than Amazon and you get the chance to try it on in person. Helpful and friendly staff as well. Love the place why more folks don't pack the store might be just related to a very old fashion brand name. Always a recommended shopping experience.

I have fallen back in love with this store! I'll admit I haven't shopped here in years and I went in for a gift card a few months ago, decided to browse the merchandise, and have been coming back ever since! The store has a great selection at great prices! The clothes fit and feel so much better and survive multiple washes. They offer coupons which are good on most items and the store is always very neat and presentable (unlike the competition that I won't mention but rhymes with bowls). The team members are always friendly and super helpful. All of this is so much better then what the competition offers which is why I will continue giving you my money!

Annabelle from the Middletown, NY mall was amazing! She helped me look for women’s blazers in a few different sections and didn’t give up. We didn’t find the specific style i was looking for, but she went above and beyond to assist me. She never acted like she was too busy and very sweet. People like her make me want to come back to the store.

It's always been one of my favorite stores at the mall. There are a few changes I have not been to fond with these past few years, but in a whole, they were necessary for the survival of the store. I highly recommend JCPenneys!

As a large man, I find the Big and Tall section here, it is far superior to Kohls and anywhere else frankly. Especially for the sales and variety of selection.

Friendly staff. We were running late, call to let them know, no problem. Photographer was polite accommodating and professional. Did not try to pressure sell us. (Loved this)

JCP use to have the best sales, clearance racks years ago. Stopped going once that all stopped. Went in today and it will never be the same. Still love looking in there for a great deal. Clean organized store.

I used their online purchase, curbside pick up. My items were ready in a day and pick up was effortless. Made two more purchases after that one.

I love JCPenney. They have so many great gifts to choose from. I got a very special nutcracker ornament for myself and an angel ornament for my boyfriend. Can't wait to put them on my tree

Looked in Macy's but bought here... pillows, and bed set,all together under $100. Helpful staff too.
