My husband and I just purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Michael at the Lowe’s in Middletown. He was so patient and attentive and helped us through everything. We originally had a completely different brand and color scheme planned out but due to manufacturers back order and the unavailability of color he helped us switch to a better brand, which also saved us a bunch of money we were anticipating on spending(wooohoooo!).
Michael, thank you for your help and patience, you were amazing and we are so grateful for your help this evening! We highly recommend Michael for all your appliance needs, you will not be disappointed! :)

The personnel seem qenuine while they are helping you. If you ask someone where something is. They usually walk you right to it. Thank you for your valuable advice. All the employees I have ever encountered have excellent.

My husband was buying a chainsaw but the shelf said one price and the product was scanning a different price (higher) but the manager Shedrick came to us in the isle and said he would go right to the register with us and make sure we were charged the lower price that was posted on the shelf. We were very pleased with him helping us so good! He did his job excellent!!!👍

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. I've never spoke to an associate who didn't know where something was. Awesome customer service!

Always a good experience, helpful staff, clean. Prefer their store layout with nice and more displays than other similar stores.

Henderson, Nevada, just a few miles from Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Apparently, they have scorpions there. Good to know. Surrounded by gorgeous desert, mountains, bighorn sheep. (Love their air conditioning too, 'cause we were there in August. 108 degrees.) Nice staff, very helpful.

Staff I have met is always friendly and able to help. I frequent this store often, so it's nice to look forward to going there, especially if I have some questions

Had an issue wit paneling, not in right place, because of this the price for what I wanted was actually double. I had rented a van to pick up and was shocked at the price. Store mgr. John and his worked everything out beyond my satisfaction, looking forward to showing there again.

Lowe's is very close and whatever you need you could find here and the return policy is great as long as you have your receipt there's no problem

I went in on a Sunday afternoon and there were a lot of customers. I was asked by a few of the associates if I needed help. He gave me correct info, and was very pleasant. Checkout was fast .

Got all I needed, great young guys helped me at the gardener session.

The staff is hands down better than any home Depot I've ever been to. Very Very helpful. The store is always clean and stocked. The garden area was superb all summer. I really enjoy my visit to this store. Hands down a loyal member for life.

We arrived at the store 1/2 hour before closing, and needed help in 2 different departments, and the sales help in both departments were helpful and accommodating although the store was preparing to close. The help of the staff was first class. Because of the help we received, we will not have to return the following day to get the items we intended on purchasing on that trip. Thank you Lowe's and the staff for their service.

The people working here are literally the sweetest people ever. I am redoing my kitchen by myself and the lady in the paint department educated me on which paint I needed to use along with how to set it all up. Whenever I call with a question like cutting tile the staff is always so nice and helpful.

Scott from hardware was awesome. Went above and beyond his way to help me in plumbing. I was looking for washer hoses and shelf was empty. Checked inventory on pc, then looked for it above the stock piled above shelf. Found it filled shelf and I got the product I came in for. He also assisted in finding the couplers and other stuff. What an awesome guy. Most people would of said "sorry if not on the shelf we're out", it's happened to me. Thank you Scott from hardware you are awesome!

I've been dealing with Middletown, NY Lowe's store with their kitchen cabinetry department in putting together a whole new kitchen design and cabinetry order. I want to commend Miroslav Valtchev, one of their kitchen specialists, who has assisted myself and my daughter in putting together a kitchen design plan with all of the custom design for the cabinets and also in putting together the best most cost effective plan with all available discounts when placing the orders for our new kitchen!

Miro has followed up with us in a timely manner through email and phone calls as well as has spent as much time as is necessary to get our order and design right without making us feel that we are being bothersome. He also assisted us in working with appliances to secure our choices as well as answered any questions that we had with credit and using the Lowe's card to the best advantage to get any available discounts. Very happy with our Lowe's experience so far and Miro's help!
