Rich was incredible to work with from start to finish ~ the people here truly care, with compassion and understanding, and that is priceless...

I attended a wake at the funeral home. All of the employees were kind and caring and what a beautiful facility.. They had it set up beautifully, and it really gave us plenty of room to social distance. While attending, I lost my earbuds. I contacted the funeral home and someone had turned them in. Because I live 2 hours away, I asked if they could mail them to me and requested they put them in a bubble wrap mailer so they didn't get damaged in transit. I offered to reimburse them and they declined, the earbuds arrive today - one day later. What great customer service!

Exceeded my expectations by far. For such a tragedy at such short notice, John went above and beyond the norm of excellent customer service he did things he didnt have to all to make things easier on us. Dimbleby on the whole is professional, trustworthy, and caring all at the same time. Service with Dimbleby was so impressive, words can't explain how good they were to us at such a tough time. Definitely recommend them.

The service we received was beyond exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful epecially John who stood with us through a tough loss and gave us assistance beyond our expectations. I wish death on noones house, but in the event of an unforseen circumstance, rest assured that Dimbleby's is there to assistance you. They were there for us, epecially in short notice. My family and I thank you all so much for your support and to John especially. God bless you and the establishment in Jesus name for your kindness and generosity. Also..the bathrooms weren't that odd.
