This truck stop doesn't have a lot of truck parking space. Space is very limited come early or plan accordingly.

The store was clean and well stocked. The young man working the counter ( I didn't get his name...big guy, bigger heart) very professional. He appeared to be working alone, the store was crowded, and while dealing with everything I spilled an entire cup of coffee at the cash register. His demeanor never changed and he managed to process the customers and take care of the mess. Best customer service experience.

Ladies the bathrooms are always clean. I know this is very important. Reasonably priced food items and drinks always hot coffee. Don't like having to open 10 things of creamer because they don't have a large dispenser for hazelnut creamer. French vanilla is okay but they still need to reduce their waste and make larger sizing of the other creamer flavors available in the easy dispenser

They had a huge selection with a very well stocked inventory of absolutely everything from food n’ beverages, toiletries & clothes, electronics, games, recreational & professional products in abundance..!

Very professional crew. The cashier open another line just to speed up and help, dont remember her name but she was great. Also the more clean and comfortable showers I've seen at any pilot stop. Subway was really fresh and the lady always had a nice smile on her face and very positive attitude. Thank you guys! :)

Only been here once but was impressed. They're making the most of this truck stop.

It's nice to have well run stores when you're on the road. Good selection. Clean store. Updated 13 Jan 2019 -- I've upgraded my 4-stars to 5-stars after getting a quick personal reply from the friendly people at Pilot in response to my previous positive comments. :-)

Store clean. Bathrooms clean! Also, the price of gas was about 15 cents cheaper than surrounding gas stations .... that's why I stopped there. I was pleasantly surprised with all if the conveniences offered. Friendly service. I will stop here again.

Clean, friendly and great service from all employees at the Subway inside. They recognized us and knew our orders. That's treating us like family when they greet you by name.

Love the freshly ground beans straight to coffee and the variety of blends available. Also love all the flavorings that are available. Best has station coffee I've ever had! Large snack and small meal variety too.

Pilot/Flying J is the best when it comes to hospitality for truckers or anyone else who wants to get a shower while on the road instead of paying for a hotel. Their showers are usually very clean and they have the kindest customer service I have come across of any gas station. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

Clean store, clean bathroom, employees nice and the service was good, they have parking for trucks and it’s lit lot, no problems with card readers or getting diesel.

I travel to Miami University for work on a regular basis and stop at this pilot every time. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly. I have no complaints about this pilot and would recommend it.

Stopped by this morning. Great crew. It can be difficult to get in and out of but that's not their fault. Whoever designed it years ago was a bonehead. Still a great place during the off peak hours.

This was a very nice store very clean inside and outside including the bathrooms. The store is very well-stocked the drink station was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great gas prices and prices on food and other items.

This is one of my go-to fuel coffee stops. Coffee hot and fresh. Subway if you have the urge. Good selection of other munchies. Friendly staff. Always a positive experience.

The people will employees in there or so friendly the place was very clean the bathrooms were awesome and they had a fresh-smelling there and we found something that the VA Hospital didn't have and it was cheaper look better they were awesome
