Ryan Washek came from ace handyman services and installed eight ceiling fans and three chandelier lights of which one was at the 20 foot level in the living room Ryan was prompt professional courteous cleaned up after his work. Fantastic two day job. They don’t come any better than Ryan Washek. I highly recommend ace handyman services and Ryan. Their pricing was much lower than other competitors.

This is our first time to use Ace Handyman in our home. I’ve used them several times in our customers homes. You call. A person answers or gets back to you quickly if you must leave a message. Our quote was performed virtually. Easy peesy. I took a few photos and explained what I wanted. I had an estimate in a timely manner. We were not in a big hurry, but scheduling was easy. Two texts. When the craftsman was on the way I was notified by text. Eric arrived on time. Introduced himself and handed me a business card. I signed the estimate and he went to work. Almost six hours later he had finished, cleaned up really well, accepted our payment (about 8% less than the estimate) and was on his way. Full disclosure - I know the owner through our chamber of commerce activities. I’ve spoken with his office staff several times. I’ve met and seen around 5-6 of the Ace Handyman craftsman. Pleasant. Honest. Talented. Great to work with. Absolutely we will use Ace again.

A 5 STAR REVIEW for a perfect job. We hired Ace to install some 6 panel doors in a 50 year old house. Ryan, our craftsman was the person who gave us our estimate and installed the doors. Ryan arrived on time and is true to his word. His install was great and we could tell he is a perfectionist. He had the job done in less time than was quoted. And we came in well under budget. We couldn’t be happier. Ryan and Ace is our “Go-To” from now on!

Paul was really good at explaining the products that are available and options for new shower installation. Great customer service and did not come across as pressuring us to make a decision for a sale like some other companies we have experienced. A local showroom that we can visit is an added plus as well.

After completion of the project we are extremely happy with how it turned out. Mark and RJ did a fantastic job. Really professional and courteous. We had a great experience with Ace Handyman Services from consultation to completion. Project was completed on schedule and within budget. Mark was especially good at explaining options and stayed on task. Great customer service. I would use Ace again and would definitely recommend them.

We have used Ryan multiple times and have a number of future projects that we are scheduling with him right now. He arrives on time, does quality work (usually in less time than the estimate), and keeps us up to date as the project progresses. What I also respect is that when I have a project that he feels he is not 100% qualified to do he tells me so we can arrange for another technician. A final thought - my wife is very comfortable with him in the house. He handles himself very professionally.

We just had Ryan & Eric put in us new wooden steps in our garage and did a high quality & awesome job.
Ryan spending many hours jackhammering our concrete step to get ready for new wooden steps and handrail . Looks awesome and is very safe and easy for us to come in and out of our house.

I interviewed three companies to do some light reno work at my Mom's house to prep it for sale. While Ace wasn't the least expensive I feel they earned every penny I spent. The tech, Ryan W., was amazing, on time and under budget. He was very pleasant, helped me make some hard decisions, and his work ethic was top notch. I was very pleased with the outcome. 10/10 will be hiring them again to do some work on my own home.

I needed outside work done on my house and found it difficult to find someone willing to give me an estimate and even pick up a business phone. How refreshing to speak with Andrea who answered all of my questions up front. Then Mark came out and listened and cared about my work that needed to be done. He explained what he would do, gave a detailed explanation of the estimate and offered his work with no pressure whatsoever. Mark just finished all of my work and even completed some other work that I needed. Mark showed me his progress as he completed his work throughout the day. Mark was great. Knocked out multiple projects in our kitchen remodel in a fraction of the time of the original contractor and a fraction of the cost. Showed up early and got right to work. Outstanding job and extremely professional.

My initial experience was not very good. However within 24 hours of exp
ressing my concern I was assured that everything would be taken care of indeed it was. I've always deal with a company that is really understand behind their service and quality.

Mark was very professional while completing all the work I requested to be done. I am totally satisfied with his work. He had a good attitude and I was comfortable with him. He did a great job.

They were efficient with the quotes and coordinating with the timing. The price is fair. Mark did an awesome job! Besides his job well done on the projects. He's actually the first and ONLY contractor so far that I didn't have to ask to wear shoes covering upon entering our home which was a huge thing for me! I observed him putting them on and removing accordinly when going in and out of the home, that alone I greatly appreciate as it shows the respect he has for our home. Excellent service, knowledgeable about what we needed done.
We needed an adjustment made to a gate as well as picket repair, plus a job caulking between where wood met brick on our home. All the work was professionally completed in a timely manner. Job was done by Eric, who I highly recommend.

Excellent work
Eric was very professional, he did caulked our shower and kitchen counters and replaced the board under our sink. He replaced the board, pipes and valves. It looks like new again. I highly recommend this company and Eric.
