Honestly, finding this company was a breath of fresh air. We’ve had horrible experiences in the past with other plumbers. Not only was Will professional, he was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He was able to fix our bathroom sink issue quickly and efficiently. He made us feel comfortable and confident so much so, we booked another service to install a backup sub pump. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable. We won’t go anywhere else. Definitely customers for life! Thank God we found this company and thank you Will for doing a phenomenal job!

Eric with Plumb Tite was out to do a maintenance check on our AC unit as well as check and flush out our water heater. He called to let me know he was on the way. Arrived when he said he would. Got right to work. I appreciate that he explains everything he took care of and explains any potential issues that we need to keep an eye on. I also appreciate that he work covers for his shoes so our floors stay clean. I've been using Plumb Tite for years. Always been satisfied with their work, communication and pricing.

I had two separate experiences with Plumb Tite in January of 2024. On both occasions, I had a plumber at my residence on the day I called for service, or the next day. AMAZING!!

Julius came to evaluate a split copper pipe behind the sink cabinet in the kitchen. He had to remove the soggy back wall of the cabinet to investigate the issue. The floors in the sink cabinet AND the cabinet next to the sink both had some water damage. He assessed the situation and provided a quote for the work. I thought the quote was very reasonable, so signed off on the work and scheduled his return in two days to complete the repair. When he came to put in the new pipe, we talked about going through the back wall of the cabinet next to the sink. Luckily, he was able to access the vertical line from the basement ... saving him quite a bit of time, AND reducing the cost of the repair.

The following Tuesday, I called Plumb Tite again when the sump pump that removes water from around the foundation overheated and had to be replaced. Dustin was here within an hour to assess the situation. I requested a quote for replacing that sump pump AND the sump pump in the laundry area. Within two hours, both sump pumps were replaced and I had a backup battery for the one in the laundry area. Again, the price was very reasonable.

I was very happy with Plumb Tite's quick response to my two service needs. The plumbers for both jobs were very skilled and efficient. They responded to ALL my questions in a kind and professional manner.

Plumb Tite will be my go-to plumbing service from now on.

Tim, my plumbing technician did a first rate job repairing my soon to be leaking pipe. I recently noticed the blue-green scaly crud buildup on a pipe in my workshop that would have made a really bad mess if it wasn’t fixed soon. Tim was able to do the job quickly a with very little water spilled. I really appreciated his attention to detail. I will be having him back again to do some other much needed repairs and adding a new bar sink in my basement. Thanks Tim!

I had a leaking hot water tank that needed to be replaced. I called in the morning and in less than 4 hours I had a new tank installed. Julius, our technician, was great to work with and was very professional.
