Working with Jessica and team at CAC has been our best experience with home improvement. From the beginning, she listened to our ideas, provided patience with design iterations, and came up with innovative solutions to make our cookie-cutter kitchen a unique and versatile space that is the center of family functions. Our granite has a lot of character and design in it. CAC worked with us to lay it out and cut it exactly the way we wanted it! They are friendly, patient and professional. We have recommended they to anybody redoing their kitchen.

worked with Maggie, told her what we were looking for , she suggested we go with Quartz which they had on sale and it would be less expensive and more durable that what we had been thinking. She set a date for the technician to make up a template and also scheduled the installers. Everyone showed up on time and the installation went beautifully. the counter looked amazing, then the tile person came to do the backsplash, the install of the tile went smoothly and perfectly. We recently purchased a new home with a dream of turning the beige and brown kitchen into an updated grey and white version. Mike at CAC did an amazing job helping us select the perfect quartz countertops and installing them beautifully. He even gave us a backsplash suggestion that ended up complimenting the countertops perfectly! We highly recommend CAC for their professionalism, attention to detail and excellent customer service.

After much research, we chose CAC by Design to replace our 22 year old laminate countertops with granite (Enigma from Mont Granite - a very tricky granite due to mica/quartz/veining...but worth it). The CAC team does it all: taking precise digital measurements for a CAD quality fit, executing compound cuts to fit round edges to square backsplash edge, generating a custom template for our new sink, removal of old counters, island bracing/brackets, careful and patient install of crazy heavy granite counters, faucet/garbage disposal install & overhaul of under-sink plumbing (better than original!), quality seaming, sealing, and final finish check. Absolutely loved working CAC by Design. We love our countertops! From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was very helpful. Kind of knew what I was looking for and Stephanie offered suggestions and helped find us the perfect countertop to match our cabinets and existing backsplash! The installers were very professional and friendly. Arrived right on time and and did a beautiful job. Highly recommend!

From the ownership down, everyone we have dealt with was honest and great to work with on multiple occasions. As a contractor myself, I know the challenges of providing a good with a service and having the right people to do that successfully. Countertops and fireplace hearth are flawless! We had some issues with our building not cutting the floor for our fireplace hearth and CAC by Design came in and did an impeccable job. Both our counter tops and our fireplace are just perfect!

We chose CAC by Design as our fabricator for quartz countertops after visiting multiple companies. Their customer service was top notch, and their pricing was as good or better than every other shop we contacted. Their selection of products is great. They work with local stone suppliers, which makes it very nice to be able to pair the two services and have local showrooms to visit for both parts of the selection process. Their installers did a great job of tearing out our old laminate counters, taking their time to install the quartz and getting everything looking fantastic. Jonah was our salesperson and was very patient, attentive and responsive. After installation, I noticed a spot in the quartz, but Chris quickly scheduled a time to come out and personally worked to clean and finish it so it looked as perfect as the rest of the stone. I highly recommend this team for your countertop needs.

We are so pleased with our kitchen remodel. From the moment we visited the West Chester showroom and met Jonah it was such a smooth process. Jonah is a pleasure to work with and has great design ideas. He promptly returns phone calls and is very professional. Chris was hands on and very detailed oriented. Since we had structural, plumbing and electrical issues he made sure everything was completed correctly. John the head contractor was prompt, hard working and professional. We couldn’t be more satisfied in the timely manner our project was finished. The results are beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this company!

CAC by Design were great to work with. We had them put in a new, beautiful quartz countertop and subway tile backsplash in our kitchen and we could not be happier with the results. Chris helped me throughout the process and was great to communicate with the whole time. Outstanding responsiveness and service. I needed a custom backsplash made to match my existing kitchen granite. CAC By Design responded within a short period of time to my initial inquiry. We bought our kitchen countertops, backsplash and sink from CAC By Design almost three years ago and have been very happy. I called today with a concern about the sink. At the end of his workday, Chris, the owner, came by our home with the products I would need. He not only showed me how to best use them, but did the work. He noticed a small problem with our disposal sleeve, and repaired it. I was amazed that after almost three years out, the owner would so promptly take care of my questions and concerns. So responsive and a pleasure to work with while updating our kitchen countertops. We have a unique layout. Chris came in, studied it, then said without a doubt they could get the job done to perfection. I had so much confidence in the choice to use CAC by Design I sent referrals before the job was complete.

I would definitely hire Cabinets and Countertops By Design again! They were outstanding in every aspect: kitchen design, prep work, material install and carpentry finishing. Having heard friends tell awful or months-long kitchen remodel stories, we knew whoever we hired needed to be all-inclusive carpentry, install, electrical, plumbing etc. That is the beauty of CAC by Design. They are a skilled team who have their production schedule laid out so the customer isn’t waiting for weeks on a countertop etc. Our full kitchen remodel took roughly 2 weeks on-site for completion.

We knew how we wanted our kitchen to function and look like. Jessica (designer) took our initial ideas and helped us finalize our plan, creating the flow and function we requested. A huge thank you to Dustin who oversaw the install, his carpentry skills are excellent! Without a doubt CAC by Design is a strong team and all good teams have an exceptional leader. Chris Holtz, owner, takes the role of leader seriously. He was hands-on involved throughout the process, even coming onsite multiple times to help with several complications.

As you prepare to remodel your kitchen, you need to realize that there will likely be multiple and missteps with any company. I highly recommend Cabinets and Countertops By Design.
