KEMBA Pickerington Branch

First time banking with KEMBA and using this branch! Everyone has been so helpful and patient as I navigate using a different bank than the one I'm used to. The virtual teller feature at this location is convenient and fast - you're literally talking to a human teller, just over video as they help you with your account. I felt a little silly using it at first and bungled some info, but again everyone was so nice. I'll continue using this branch for sure!

This branch went above and beyond in helping my daughter get her loan approved and other loans paid and closed! We were working on a time crunch and Amanda Handshey (and I believe another employee, sorry don't know their name) went as far as personally delivering checks to two other banks for my daughter to make certain the account was paid on time and wouldn't accrue terribly high fees. I have never had such wonderful customer service at ANY other bank. Thank you for making our financial issue a priority.

When I used them as a sister branch to Telhio Credit Union I had a very good experience with getting my check cashed and funds released to me as needed since there's none of my banks in Fairfield County *I Wish* and they were the closest linked branch to me. Thanks
FYI...Need to get more of your banks information up online and for searching purposes to help customers out with that branch being so new to its location.

Choose Kemba if you want safe secured banking. If something seems fishy with a transaction that’s not recognized they’ll very good at catching it.

I switched from Midstate to Kemba and I'm glad I did! More locations, better rates, and much better customer service!
