This dentists’ office is OUTSTANDING. Each person who works there is welcoming and genuinely kind; as a patient, you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in the door. As a transplant from Cleveland, I spent a lot of time traveling back up north to see my dentist and then, once life became busy with a baby, I stopped going all together for fear of not finding as good a practice here. I feel beyond foolish that I waited so long but also so incredibly grateful that the first dentist I tried happened to be THE best in the area.

Miami Valley Smiles exceeds my expectations every visit! Dr. Lance and his team are wonderful in every way. Tina greeted me today with a smiling face, Sam did a great job as my hygienist and I was thrilled to meet Dr. Katherine. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed!

I have had such a positive experience at Miami Valley Smiles. I was well over due for a dental visit and a little anxious to schedule an appointment because of it. I had heard wonderful things about Miami Valley Smiles so I made the switch and am so happy that I did. Dr. Lance and his entire staff are SO welcoming, kind, gentle, friendly, knowledgeable, and have excellent communication. The office is very cozy and clean. I highly recommend Miami Valley Smiles!

We love Miami Valley Smiles! And we love that the whole family can be seen in the same place! The staff is so friendly and as someone who has always hated the dentist and avoided it, I feel like family here! And my anxiety is understood and I'm made to feel so comfortable! Will always recommend Dr Lance and his practice!

Can I choose six stars? This office is fantastic. They’re efficient, friendly, kind… I could go on and on. I have nothing but good praise for Miami Valley smiles! In fact, I recently changed jobs, and my new dental insurance is not accepted there, but because of their outstanding customer service, I’m willing to continue to go to them versus another dental office and just pay the extra fees necessary.

I have never encountered more compassionate people in my life. I drive an hour to see Dr. Lance and his team and I will never change that. So thankful to have a dentist that is understanding, gentle, and handles my awful anxiety about the dentist with ease! Thank you guys for everything.

So glad I became a patient here! I hadn’t been to the dentist in about 13 years because I always hated the experience. Better judgement finally got to me, so I looked up family owned practices and found Miami Valley very close to me. Every time I’m in I feel totally welcome and set at ease. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I am a new patient... the staff were excellent. The hygienist did a great job and Dr. Phil is a straight shooter letting me know the status of my teeth, which I appreciate. I drove about 45 minutes for my appointment as I live in Hebron KY....Well worth the drive. A friend referred him to me. My husband is going there as well.

Absolutely hate going to the dentist! Amazing experience! Awesome staff, shout out to Doc, Stacy,Carrie, and the receptionist that used to live in Blanchester( not good with names). Funny how somehow I look forward to seeing y'all again. Still hate going to the dentist though.......

Today was my introductory visit and I have to say I was very pleased! They were very attentive, didn’t make fun of me or laugh and were empathetic to my situation. Their prices are awesome. The Dentist was very understanding of the WHYs of why I haven’t been back to the dentist in years. I WILL be back!!

It was a lovely first experience. Dr Lance and Sam took their time and were thorough. He noticed things my previous dentist did not. I felt there was an honest and thoughtful examination. In the end, no treatment was necessary and I feel confident they will keep a vigilant eye on future potential issues. My trust was well earned.
Also it was a nice touch to be greeted as a new client by name on their artistic chalkboard. Thanks!

Miami Valley Smiles put the smile back in dentistry! I’ve been a patient here now for a couple years and every time I go in I’m greeted on a first name basis and the most genuine, caring staff out there. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist to check this place out!

I really love Dr. Lance and the entire team at Miami Valley Smiles (especially Stacy!). They take such good care of their patients, are extremely affordable, and are extremely comprehensive in their care. I first came 4 or 5 years ago after having not been to the dentist in years and they helped me work through multiple cavities and a new crown. Since then, they've gotten me on a great path with good habits and I've been almost two years without needing anything done outside of regular cleanings. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past and I can say with confidence that Dr. Lance is the most gentle and highly skilled at providing these services. Highly highly recommend!

Very thorough dental cleaning and exam. Explanation of everything being done and any future appointments. Dr Lance, Stacy and front desk staff is very friendly and open to explaining .
